This darling home is located in a beautiful and friendly community near lakes and the Shingle Creek Regional Park. Must-visit attractions are located within 15 miles of your doorstep, and these include Walt Disney World Resort, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Universal Studios.

Outdoor living is truly out of this world here! The screened lanai hosts an in-ground heated pool with its own spill-over pool spa. The pool area is safely fenced. There are four poolside loungers for you to work on your tan after a refreshing splash. Unwind with a refreshing beverage in the seating area on the patio and get ready for an entertaining evening!

When it comes to indoor living, the home is all about comfort and entertainment. The living area boasts a comfortable sofa right in front of a large smart TV with streaming services. This in addition to the high-speed WiFi will make streaming a breeze. The open kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to whip up tasty treats. The extensive island is ideal to keep the chef company while cooking. The first floor of the home also features a private bedroom with a smart TV, a desk, and an en suite bathroom with a roomy shower.

Upstairs is the Marvel-themed in-home movie theatre with eight comfy theatre chairs and an enormous smart TV with a sound bar. There are four additional bedrooms on this level - one of them is a bunk room with Marvel-themed decor, making it ideal for the kiddos! All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This property was perfect for our family. Clean beautiful we stayed over spring break recommend pool heat without it kids would not of been able to swim nights and mornings were chilly. Construction around was not a problem. Definitely would stay there again.

**5 Stars** Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The house is elegant with every accommodation we asked for. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the home theater while the adults caught up over cups of coffee. If I may suggest improvements: the TV downstairs did not work for us to watch the NBA finals, and although we joined the WiFi, none of the apps worked with my own subscriptions. A grill would also be a nice addition.

This house was beautiful!!!! We had 5 adults and 4 kids and wayyyyy more than enough space!!! Everyone enjoyed having their own bathrooms and the movie room was a huge plus!!!!!! I’m only giving 4 stars because there was a little bit of an ant problem, maybe have someone come out and spray around the house, but other than that, it was perfect!!!!

The properly is very nice. But we couldnt watch tv until the day before we left. We didn't have hot water. We went to a family member air b&b to use the shower. I wasn't going to let it mess up my vacation. I would come back, not sure about wife. She might try and get some kind of reimbursement. Me i love the house and would come back.

Very nice, updated home, shows as pictured. Spacious, clean, Very nice gated community. Bathroom for each room. For a family of 10 didn't have to worry about waiting for bathroom. Pool was nice and clean. Pool towels provided, although we brought our own. Easy access to home.

House was clean and inviting. Was just what we were looking for for family getaway. Getting in the property was the only problem. Did not have a bar code and text for one but did not get it. The gate house was mostly OK with just our confirmation email but had one that really gave my son-in-law a hard time getting back in.

Overall great stay. A few recommendations if you want to increase the level of excellence on this property: 1. Little to no communication. Couldn’t get in the gate once we arrived because no one told us we needed a QR code in order to get in. 2. Hot tub didn’t work and pool felt like a hot bath. 3. The AC was not great. It was in the 80’s most days and we were sweating in the house.

My family and I had a great time at this property! My only qualm, which was quickly resolved, was that they forgot to send me the QR code to show the guard at the gate to let us in to the neighborhood. Also there are multiple entrances to get into the gated community with only one being manned by a security guard to let you in. Google maps took us to the gate that was closest to the property that wasn’t manned. When we called Vacasa they seemed confused that there was a gate at all. We only found out that we needed a QR code to show the security guard from the security guard themselves and we found them just while driving around to the other entrances. Other than that, we had a great time!!

The house was very well maintained. The trip was managed by vaccasa and their property manager were prompt to reply but they keep on saying same thing not understanding the problem. We had issue with our thermostat asking for passcode and they were not able to resolve it and our trip ended with us buying heaters for the night as it was too cold in the night and few of us couldn’t sleep moreover our request for comforters was acknowledged but we never received it overall pretty bad experience and all the property manager has to say was sorry it didn’t work out for you. You have charged us separately for your fees and also for the pool heating although we requested we need only for 3 days. Overall disappointing!!

Property itself was fine; some minor ants in kitchen and a leak in one bathroom, not a huge deal. Very spacious, nice pool area, cool theater room, lots of beds for a big group. Two issues with management company -- this is in a gated community and we were not provided a code to enter; so we had to sneak in by following other cars in/out. Pool heating was not turned on even though I specifically followed up twice to ensure it would be (as I'd seen this issue in other reviews) Not much urgency from the management company, Vacasa. Took them 2.5 days to fix these issues. So we had to sneak in and out of the neighborhood and could not use the pool for about half the trip. Not great. Wifi fine on PC but does not work great on phone (constantly have to re connect) -- combine with awful Verizon service in this area and using phone was difficult at times.

The house is big, clean, and well furnished. Our 2 biggest issue during our stay was no wifi and a strange lighting issue with the primary upstairs room and downstairs room. We did not have internet for the duration of our stay and unfortunately there is little to no cell service at the house either. My husband had to spend time at a fastfood place with internet during our vacation to finish some work. We called the management company and they sent someone to look at it to no avail. We were told we would be compensated for the inconvenience but we haven't heard anything as of yet ( nearly 2 weeks from time of stay). The other issue is light for the 2 bedrooms. They apparently have the same remote control fan/light with a variety of wall switches. It was nightly battle to get both up stairs and downstairs lights off at the same time. One would turn on, the other would turn off and so on. Over all the house is great. But it was disappointing not having internet for work or to be able to watch movies in the theater room. (my girls were really looking forward to that)
