I have never stayed at a Marriott hotel that I disliked… until this one. We had a suite for 5. When we arrived there was two towels, no wash rags, and there was hair all on the walls of the shower. There was no dressing for the pull out bed. We called and the told us they would give it a VIP cleaning. When we got back we had no towels. No liners for the trash cans. No wash rags. The hair was still on the shower wall. We had to call every day for things we needed. House keeping was supposed to be once a day, which did not take place. Bottom line I was so disappointed with this hotel. Marriott is an amazing chain of hotels. What a shame this one didn’t have the same standards.

My children and I had a wonderful stay at Courtyard. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast every morning, and the staff, particularly those at the front desk, were exceptionally welcoming. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and made sure not to miss a single day of fun there. The hotel was very child-friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.
