Avoid this place like the plague (you might actually catch it from here). This place is just nasty, disgusting. Floors are sticky and your feet are covered in black dirt after 2 minutes. The TV's do not work, the AC did not work. We reserved, what we thought was a 3-bed condo as that is what was advertised, that was incorrect, we just got 2 adjoining rooms with the door that goes between them. I wish I read all the reviews about this place before we booked, checked out the next morning and went to The Grove 20 minutes up the road.

Drastically understaffed checkin. Asking around all guests experienced a 30 to 90 minute wait. The website and signage also is incorrect, the waterpark/slides do not open until 9. Hotel room was very clean (no musty smell) and the rooms were good sized.

The room was musty and wet for my 4 night stay and house cleaning came by one time. Some lights were not working and cabinet doors were literally hanging on by a screw. Just an old facility needing a redo. Paid way too much to stay in a dump. I was on business so the water park meant nothing to me but was sure loud.

The property and room was dirty. Lots of maintenance items in my room some that were never adddressed. A staff member entered my room on the middle of the night while I was sleeping. Checked out early. Dirty common areas. Terrible stay.

I am normally a big fan of Holiday Inn so this property was very disappointing to say the least. The property was falling apart and dirty. My kids had to take the beds off the frame and sleep on the floor because the beds were falling through the frame. There was old food left in the room and roaches. The lights kept flickering and the shower would not turn all the way off. I have stayed on nicer motels. There are also a bunch of extra fees they donā€™t tell you about for booking through a third party website. Would not recommend!

Property needs to be updated. You can hear everything going on in next room. Check out time is at 10am and housecleaning was banging on our door at 9:30. The splash pad area was closed.

I really enjoyed our time here. Even though it's by a very busy road, it is very quiet. The property is beautiful. It is hard to find your way around, so better signage would be beneficial. After 4 days, I was able to get to our room without backtracking. Our room was nice. The remote for the TV didn't work, but a quick and easy text message (love that) to the front fixed that. I couldn't figure out out how to turn the main light to our bedroom on, but there was enough light from the desk that it was fine. We received fresh towels every day. Breakfast was always wonderful. The choices on the huge buffet are endless. There are multiple places to eat the rest of the day as well. 2 different ice-cream shops! One is dairy free! I would say the only thing we didn't like was that the waterpark and food options in the pool area, closes at 7pm. So people getting back from sightseeing can only swim and have pizza for food. It should be open until 9pm. We will definitely stay here again.

This was avery disappointing stay. I booked the rooms as this hotel g=has a water park. Never was i Notified about the water slides not being open before stay or at check -in. I booked this hotel espeically for the grandkids to enjoy the water park but when we went to that area all slides were closed it was a very disappointing stay.
