Tradewinds 108 is a one-bedroom, two-bath, condo on the beach with a side-view of the Gulf.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room.

• Ceramic tile flooring is throughout the unit.

• Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats four and has four bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• The living room has a sleeper sofa.

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a TV.

• There is a set of bunks built into an alcove in the hallway that is perfect for the children. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• Wireless internet is provided.

• Amenities include: Air Conditioning, BBQ Grill, Boardwalk, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Elevator, Heated Indoor Pool, Ice Maker, Internet/Wifi, Iron and Board, Outdoor Pool, Private Balcony, Refrigerator, Satellite/Cable, TV, Washer/Dryer

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Perfect for a Small Family
My husband and our two small children stayed here. It was the perfect size for us. No complaints, but make sure to bring TP, paper towels, hand soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. They supply one of each, but if you need more, bring them with you.

Spring break
After countless hours of searching for a place to stay on spring break I decided to book this condo because of the indoor/outdoor pool and the location. Upon arrival we immediately discover the pool was closed for construction. I emailed immediately about our disappointment and was told it was in the listing (it was not when I booked or else I would not have booked this property because I looked at the weather ahead of time). An owner of one of the condos told me that many people were not aware of this when they booked but management wasn’t doing anything for them. The shower in the main bedroom had mold on the walls & covering the plastic shower curtain therefore was not used. The windows also had black mold all over them. The bed was the most uncomfortable awkward noisy spring mattress that I’ve ever slept on. This property definitely has potential if it was properly inspected prior to guest arrival and with a new mattress. Our biggest disappointment was definitely communication about the pool.

Great condo!
Few kinks when I first got there but quickly fixed by itrip. The garbage shoot on first floor didn’t work and that was crappy but that was a Tradewinds issue. Condo was so bright and comfy.

Perfect Spot
Great place to stay, had everything that we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Easy private access to the beach with out traveling or paying for parking. Security on grounds that are very helpful. Kitchen had plenty of pans, skillet, cookie sheet, pitchers, coffee pot, blender, hairdryers, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and ice machine work. All worked great, it was wonderful having two bathrooms and being able to use the elevator or the stairs. Outside of building could use some updating, that did not effect the inside.

The Condo was beautiful and flawless inside.
The outside of the property was a little scary, but the inside was fabulous. The kitchen items was limited mostly pots, if you like to cook. The location was perfect, this was my first time not having a beach view, however we still enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and the view.

I don't know if our experience staying at Tradewinds 108 could have been any worse. We arrived and the whole condo had trash all over the floor. A cleaner was sent to clean the room but she missed almost everything. There's was trash under the beds. The toilet in the guest bathroom never flushed right. I even called Itrip Alabama Beaches and they sent a maintenance man to fix it but it was never fixed. I had to plunge the toilet after each use. The lightbulbs in the master bedroom we're burnt out. There is mold all over the windows in the master bedroom and on the wall. The bed always felt damp. We left two days early to get out of this place as it wasn't a good place for a family to stay. Perhaps it would be good for spring breakers. I think the unit needs renovated before it is put back on the market. I wish I could attach the pictures I took when we checked in. I would have rather stayed at the motel 6. Edit: I would like to add that while check in time is 4 pm, we were allowed to check in around 2 pm. So in theory they could have said they were going to clean it before we got there. In all fairness, a cleaner did show up when we got there. We put our bags on the bed and left and let her clean the condo. She didn't do the best job.
