Absolutely terrible experience. Everything in the room was dirty. There was hair on pillows and sheets. The couch was stained and disgusting couldn’t even dare to sit on it. Blood stains on the curtains. Then at 3am the ceiling started pouring water in the room and when i called the front desk they knew about the issue. They said yes we do have a problem with this room. !!! So why check people in if theres a problem with the room? I eventually got moved to another room but that was 3:30 in the morning. My sleep was gone by then and the whole stay was just very disturbing at this point. Because even the room i changed to was disgusting as well. I would like for management to give me a refund of my only night that apparently was just terrible!

Great location, clean big rooms. Surroundings are not pretty, so close to the strip, but not dangerous. Just some homeless people etc. Hotel staff is super friendly and you get what you need. Great hotel for the price.

It was on 4th floor. Just ok Nothing great. Breakfast was kinda ok Could have been served hotter Tables should have beem wiped clean between guests use Staff didn't care Had to wipe clean my table before we sat down to eat Room was a long walk from front desk and they only have 1 luggage cart and you have to leave your Dr License so you can use it. Kinda stupid. They avt like your going to steal it or something From the front desk to your car n back Not a pleasent ace to stay. Definitely not a good choice

Room was not what was pictured on the booking. The different layout didn’t bother me too much, but it was a letdown to receive a smaller than pictured room. Hotel had a moist, murky smell. Not too offensive, but stereotypical of a lower end hotel. Pool and hot tub was excellent, hotel breakfast was as good as it gets, but very cramped. Even though it was packed for an event, it was very quiet and never too busy.
