Requested a change in stay dates a couple of weeks before the original dates. They refused to change the dates and further refused to refund the money. I travel all the time for work. Out of principle alone, I will not use this chain ever again!

The main reason I chose this hotel was for the airport shuttle. Our flight is scheduled to leave at 6 am and we found out when we checked in ithat the shuttle doesn’t’ start until 6 am. There is no reference of time on the hotel description. We would have stayed somewhere else if we would have known that.

The staff upon arrival greeted me with the best customer service and recommendations. We ate on the property and the food was fast, delicious and definitely affordable! The bar tender went above for us!

This property is always clean and the staff are all no friendly. I have stayed here a few times and each time is just amazing. The dining options are endless and it is in a good spot to go visit several attractions but have quiet evenings.

Booked and paid for online. When we arrived late we provided a physical card for the deposit. Card was declined, we found out from the bank in the morning the CVV code was entered wrong by the hotel staff. Since we were unable to stay that night we requested the reservation be cancelled and refunded. Hotel said they did not receive 24 hours notice and would not refund the room. Staff needs to verify they are entering the correct information at 1am before kicking customers out!

This was by far the best property I've stayed at in Oklahoma Citf. Staff was super friendly. Bar and food was exceptional. Room was spacious and beyond clean. I will definitely be back!

It was one of the older Double Tree facilities but it has been kept up. It's convenient to airport, good choices of restaurants, nice neighborhood, staff very friendly, & helpful.

Hilton Doubletree.
Staff was friendly, check in was easy. I did not know about putting the extra card down for incidentals but I had it with no issues. The room was clean and spacious and the beds of course were soooo comfortable. The breakfast was good and just $5. I usually stay at places that have somewhat continental without the extra charge (so much so that I look at pictures to see if I can tell what they have lol). There was a good choice of things to eat. Room service was available but we didn't use that service. Wifi was free but honestly a pain to sign into I had to use my hotspot. It made you sign into a the hilton honors to use it and the devices wouldn't auto sign in because of that the first few times. Very frustrating for a toddler to wait. If its offered free it should be free without strings. The TV had direct TV and was ok if you wanted to watch something on it. It was not a smart TV so no access to any apps you could sign into or listening to music at night. I have stayed at other placed that were not hilton that had larger than a 32 inch TV that was a smart TV so I think that is something that needs to be upgraded. My grand daughter liked the pool access and the hours were appropriate. It was not overly noisy in the hallways and the elevators worked timely. I would stay there again.
