Second bedroom has a pyramid bunk with trundle to sleep up to 4. And a Queen sofa pull-out is in the Great Room for your convenience. Comfortable for max of 8 occupants (count includes children/infants). Flat panel LCD TV over gas fireplace, HD CABLE BOX Blu-ray and Theater Sound in living room. Beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen, baths and Great Room. Tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs. Spoil yourself in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with all you need to prepare a great meal using top grade KitchenAid stainless steel appliances! You can't go without all the expected countertop appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, etc.

Amazing condo and wonderful location. The boardwalk and beach were literally seconds away and with 3 kids that was very convenient. The hosts were always very prompt in answering all my questions before the stay! Definitely would recommend this place!

Lovely condo with great downtown location

Stayed here for bike weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better location. All the music was just a block or two away so no need to move my car. Lots of room, looks out over the pool, there’s large sliding glass doors separate each room. Would definitely stay here again!!

Spacious, clean, Great location, Our own parking spots , pool, easy to follow instructions for entry, only thing missing that I could think of that we needed was a bottle opener/can Tapper. It was a very nice place to stay especially if you have two families that can split the cost.

The property was great. Always love staying at The Belmont. The only issue was the blinds on the sliding doors in the master bedroom and the living room. In the MB, some of the panels would fall down. In the living room, panels were missing so they did not close all the way to cover the windows.

Overall stay

Condo is in a great location, easy accessible to everything. Pool and balcony area are great. Our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen looks recently renovated. While routine cleaning was good, the unit is in need of deeper cleaning and a few maintenance things. The management company was very responsive and friendly to work with.

Overall the property was fine. I liked the convenience to the boardwalk and the amusement park. What was annoying are the vertical blinds. Some of blinds kept falling and I was constantly popping them back into place to avoid being charged. Bottom line the vertical blinds are dated and need to be replaced.

Great Location

Great location next to the beach and boardwalk. Easy walk to shops and restaurants off the boards. The condo is very close to the amusement rides, so there is some noise in the evening, but it ended at 11pm. Check in was simple, but there could be more luggage carts available to make things easier. We had an issue with the dryer not working, but it was repaired the same day and the owner was very responsive. Overall everything was as advertised and worked well for our group of 7.

Ocean City Stay

The location was perfect and the condo was a nice size. Although you can purchase towels and sheets at an additional cost, we opted to bring our own to save some money. Not having sheets, towels, or cleaning items can be difficult for those that fly and are unable to bring their own. I recommend for those looking to book this condo, to ask about all of the items not included before booking to make sure the condo is a good fit for them.
