STAY HERE if you are visiting Ocala!
When we checked in, Kathy greeted us with a smile and appeared to be appreciative of our patronage. She talked about where we were visiting from and was very welcoming. The lobby and halls were clean. The room was clean, spacious and well thought out. The layouts of the rooms are wonderful; lots of thought was put into making it feel like home. Very modern, relaxing and pool was a great addition with zero entry!

I would have given a 5 rate on the hotel on the Help and conditions Then after 2 nights of not be able to cool room 72 day and 70 at night… set on 68 ? 2 poor nights sleep at hot days at pool with grandkids. At Ck out complained about ac Her answer should have asked for VIP Control over ac .. yeah hotel system controls room temperature unless you ask for VIP ! I am so pissed A business focus should be customer satisfaction! No to controlling my ROOM TEMPERATURE . So 2 not a 5 and I will take my $$$$ elsewhere.

Everything was good. The staff was excellent and the breakfast good but lacked variety. It would be nice if breakfast hours were extended by an hour and had a few more options.

Expedia needs to better explain the fees that this hotel has. We were forced to cancel since they surprisingly wanted to charge us $150 for our pet. And they did not return the money we had already given because the room we chose was non-refundable. Very bad experience!!
