Very clean and recently updated, convenient to local attractions. Harsh the front desk/ owner was very helpful and addressed any questions. Will definitely return if we come back to the area.

This is not your typical motel. It was completely renovated and new- nicest motel I have ever stayed in. It was well lit at night, you could park directly in front of your room, and I felt very safe by myself.

Bare minimum
Our stay was fine, the room had the absolute bare minimum, pillows were small and flat, had to ask for more, check in was friendly, but when getting pillows not so much. And there was a thumping from outside that we heard all night, no idea what it was. Bed very comfortable and room was very clean.

This was my first time staying at the hotel! It was very clean, new, the owner was super nice and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I plan another overnight in Rhode Island. I’m so glad I found this great place. And an extra bonus is the restaurant on the property is great!

The hotel was clean and new however the decorum was sparse and lacked warmth. The lighting in the room was not aesthetically pleasing. No table and chair to sit at nor a coffee maker.

The hot water had a problem. I had to let the water run for 5 mins before I could take a shower. Otherwise clean but no frill. I would be nice to have carpet instead of hard cold floors.

Very pleasant surprise. The rooms are large, brand new, simple and clean. The property is immaculate. Check-in was pleasant and quick. Great location. Large plasma tv (thanful for that as its football season!) Charging ports in bed stand lights. Large window with great privacy shade. Will definitely return.

My uncle and I stayed here for two nights and we were pleasantly surprised. Though the outside looks dated, the rooms were beautiful and modern. We immediately noticed how clean and comfortable the rooms were. The lighting gave the room a futuristic feel. The mattresses were crazy comfortable, at least in my opinion. They had a memory foam texture, which I like. The bathroom fixtures were new and nothing felt dirty. Things to improve: - Storage was lacking and wish they had luggage racks and some more shelving. - I wish they would do is cleanup the outside of the property to make it more visually appealing and less dated. - Very minimalist but functional. A tissue box would have been nice. - More shelving in the shower would be nice. - More hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom would be nice. Overall very cute property and staying in a fresh remodel was nice! I just hope it is maintained this way for years to come. Thank you for the great visit! The staff were very nice and accommodating.

I have stayed in many many hotels and motels. This place was absolutely fantastic and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super clean and the gentleman upfront was awesome. Room was very modern looking and you can’t beat the price. Hidden gem.

Neat, clean, safe. Three minute drive to historic downtown Wickford. Brewery with food on property. Owner very friendly. Only complaint even with room darkening shades the outside lighting lights up the room.

Clearly an old property that has been redone in an odd, pseudo-hip fashion. But lots of sloppiness. The bathroom door rubbed against the toilet when attempting to shut it, and the door would not shut completely. The shade on the room did very little to keep out the brightly lit exterior and made sleep problematic. And the shower took forever to provide hot water. For all of this, way overpriced.
