You’re only 15 minutes away from Manhattan! This spacious 4 home with large sun-filled rooms in our townhouse is perfect for an affordable New York stay. Enjoy your stay only 15 minutes away from Times Square with magnificent views of the Hudson River and Manhattan skyline at your windows!

This townhouse has everything needed for your stay - bed, towels, sheets, washer & dryer, shower, hairdryer, cook ware, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron, Google Nest Smart Heating System, Apple & Roku TV (free Netflix, HBO, Amazon and live channels), 55" flatscreen smart TV, Business Class Verizon Fios 1GB high-speed Wi-Fi etc.) Great for conference calls and remote working.

Large sun-filled private rooms with queen-size Beautyrest and Egyptian Cotton sheets at the first floor of our home. Enjoy gorgeous Manhattan skyline views from your windows!

Paid parking is available only 2-minutes away. You are only 15 minutes away from New York City nightlife (24hr bus transportation available), steps away from great local restaurants, cafes and bars. Times Square shuttle/bus station is right in front of our house. It's extremely convenient getting to Midtown Manhattan. Enjoy the gorgeous views from Boulevard East and stroll the boardwalk with beautiful NYC scenery.

one remark that didn't suit me the house looked in the picture as if it was for rent. it turned out that it was divided into three flats and other people lived there
