Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some great ladies you have at the front desk. Your key cards to the room stopped working after a day, so I was repeatedly having to go to the front desk for a new card. System needs to be looked at

Overall I will give the hotel an excellent. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice and would bend over backwards to try and help if you had a problem of any kind. The hotel was well maintained inside and out. And the breakfast was good and plentiful. We plan on staying here next time we come.

The location was convenient for us. We were close to stores and restaurants. The inside pool and gym are kept clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

. This place is seriously absolutely beautiful and soooo clean and brand new, we were very happy w the staff and it was a great breakfast that also have a machine that makes fresh pancakes on the spot. And lots of other options. The hotel looks even prettier in person

The pool wasn’t working when we arrived. The front desk said someone would be there at 7am the next day to fix it. 10am came and still no one arrived. If one of your amenities isn’t working and you choose a hotel for the pool this should be communicated before booking.
