The apartment is 60m2 and is situated in a gated, private and beautifully landscaped garden setting. There is a large swimming pool within the complex, exclusively for use by the residence of the apartments, and we also have our own secure private parking space, both of which you would have the free use of while staying at the apartment.
The apartment is south facing, very sunny & bright and has a large terrace ( 14m2 ) from which there are stunning views across Villefranche Bay, of the sea, coastline, and the mountains behind.
There is an elevator in the building.
The bedroom has a double bed, a large purpose wardrobe, bedside tables etc.
The lounge area is very spacious (24m2) with all the comforts you would expect.
There are two leather double bed pullout sofas in the lounge area.
There is a separate fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking and dining either in the apartment or on the terrace.



The apartment is just five minutes walk down to the nearest beach / marine, and a further five - seven minutes walk along the castle sea wall which has beautiful views across the bay to Cap De Ferrat will bring you to the Old Town of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, the small fishing port and the long sandy beach which is great for swimming for young and old.The Old Town offer a great selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets.

No sunloungers at pool
I booked this area and apartment as a birthday present for my husband He is not a beach lover and likes to spend a couple of hours a day sunbathing by the pool My one requirement that I put into the search bar was a pool and yes it has a pool but No sunloungers at it!! So pretty pointless as far as I'm concerned as we couldn't use it once I had read all the reviews carefully and not one person mentioned this Then the balcony to sunbathe Only one sun lounger there ??in a place that could easily sleep 4 The property was clean enough but the shower tray was blocked so we had to use a coat hanger to clear it out It has completely put me off this type of holiday as you just do not know what you are getting until you arrive This place could be amazing with a bit more care and thought for the customer as it is a great size in a nice area and Sandra was very good letting us in earlier that the check in time A few cheap and lightweight sunloungers could be left in the place to take up to The pool An extra sunlounger on the patio A small welcome pack so you don't have to go straight out for a pint of milk I really wanted to change accommodation the day we arrived but in all honesty couldn't afford it so just very disappointed overall We loved the area as it is the perfect spot to get into Nice and Monaco etc All the restaurants are lovely and the food was amazing so if a pool is not your thing you will be fine here

A wonderful apartment with stunning views. Did I say stunning, well that would be an understatement. Far, far, far better than the pics show. Stayed 6 nights & would have liked to stay a month, maybe 6. Really enjoyed the place, felt like home. Good kitchen, with a good size fridge & freezer, good shower, comfy bed in a totally separate bedroom. Separate toilet & shower room. Lots of activity on the water, so never boring- big yachts & cruise ships. close to bus stop & a short walk to township. Sandra, who let us in & explained everything, was wonderful.. The host is very cooperative & gets back very quickly. I would love to stay again.

Originally wanted a pool, strong wifi in Nice for 3 adults in separate sleeping areas, but there was nothing left in Nice. Villefranche is just round the corner and the view and apartment looked perfect we went with Alex's apartment.I'm so glad we did. Alex was very helpful in booking and Sandra the local agent very kindly signed us in near midnight. The apartment was lovely for us two adults and adult son who had a sofa bed in the lounge. Nice spacious clean apartment. Comfy beds, we were a little surprised there was no basic hand soap in the bathroom but that was easily remedied next day when we also bought teabags and milk and basic groceries at the small Casino supermarket down the road.There was such a great view of the port and the comings and goings of luxury yachts in the bay. We spent many an evening drinking rose and watching the view. There were also several firework displays with a ringside view from our balcony. The pool was great and shared with other residents of the private Residence. Location of the apartment buildings is set back from a main road so there is no road noise. You can walk into town down the hill but the heat meant we used the bus back. You also take the steps on the opposite side of the road to the Darse port where there is a reasonable cafe for Croissants or a meal and a bit further on is the Darse beach which is great for swimming. Villefranche itself is lovely with a buzzy restaurant life in the old town leading to the bay. We will return.

Great stay
This apartment is very comfortable. Big balcony with fantastic view. Great location within walking distance of town centre with bus stops virtually outside for trips to Monaco, Cap Farrat and Nice. Sandra, the property manager was very attentive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing, Convenient with OUTSTANDING View!
Everything was near perfect in this apartment. The owner emailed me directly before our trip with contact information and his friendly agent, Sandra, met us within ten minutes of our arrival as promised. Very easy, and she spoke English which was very helpful. Parking was right next to the building entrance and secure as it is a gated community. There’s a lift to the 2nd floor apartment and it’s exactly as the pictures show it, although the unobstructed view of the bay is even better in person. We cooked/ate on the terrasse all five nights and had everything we needed. Big frig and freezer but as an American who likes ice, we had to buy ice trays (cheap), no biggie. No oven but four gas burners, and a clothes washer and American-style coffee maker, but no “starter” coffee for the first morning, so if you’re arriving late make sure you bring your own coffee. The walk to old town was just a few minutes and the grocery store just a short drive. The bus stop is right across the street and tourism office less than five-minute walk. The main road is right outside the entrance to the complex so easy for day trips, but we did not hear much traffic noise at all; enjoying the view from the terrasse was quiet, did not hear neighbours either. Checkout was easy and un-rushed, just left the key on the counter and headed out. Only a few small quirks, thus the “nearly perfect” comment: the air conditioning unit is in the living space and does not reach the bedroom so it was a bit warm sleeping (unusual heat wave while there). We noticed a portable air conditioning unit in the closet so you might request it be installed for your stay if it’s very hot when you visit. The pool has NO chairs or shade, and none available in the apartment to bring down, so a relaxing day sitting by the pool was not possible. Only one key, so we had to coordinate carefully when we went separate ways. Overall, the apartment was lovely and we enjoyed our stay there immensely.

Stunning view
The view is transfixing as the lights of town reflect off the Sea. The apartment has all one needs. Even though upon arrive, the air conditioning was broken, the property manager quickly obtained a temporary unit, which was not an easy feat on a Saturday afternoon in France during a heat wave. We are very grateful for her and Alex’s quick and professional response. The location is close to the bus lines that take you up and down the coast, which makes it convenient also. I definitely hope to rent here again.

Ideal perch with great views
Secure apartment in complex low down on the east slope of Mt Boron gives superb view of all of Villefranche bay and Cap Ferrat. The tourist-focused "Old Town", with all its charms and a lovely waterfront is an easy walk away. Clean, fairly modern, minimally decorated apartment suited two of us fine; all the basic amenities worked - only a cozy standup shower and AC is limited to main 'living' space. "The view" made us very happy with our stay in this apartment!
