Expedia advertised upgrading to Cityview room. They do not offer that I looked at bricks when I brought it to their attention they said they do not offer that that was Expedia. Expedia advertised hot tub. They do not have one highly highly disappointed. And would like a response back.

Staying at the Giacomo was a great experience. Staff was friendly, room was clean and the Breakfast attendants were both very polite, food was very tasty! We didn’t get a chance to experience the luxurious bath robs but we truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks for a great stay! See you again in future endeavors!
