OK neighborhood, Horrible Host/service - Avoid if you can
We booked the trip for 7 people with one minor but only 5 ended up going w/o minor. It was a family trip to Niagara for family visiting. We found some broken glasses pieces on the floor when my brother stepped on it and started bleeding. It was about 1.5 inches long. There were couple of them so I contacted the host to ask if there was any first aid kit in the house and that question started all the drama. He sent his teenage daughter once with bandaid and then again after 30 mins to question if partying was going on in the house. My teenage son and my brother were home and they said there was no partying. She was on phone with her dad (the host) and he was prompting her to stay stuff. Then he got hold of my husband who had gone to get dinner and starting asking all the questions on who's staying and how many people and if we are partying. He constantly kept telling my husband no partying allowed and that he'll call the cops on us. They ended up having a big argument and hung up. He even asked my husband which taco bell he was at etc. This host should not be putting up the house on VRBO if he has so many trust issues. Instead of owning his cleaning people mistake he starts putting the blame on you. I called VRBO and opened a case with them. This all happened within 2 hrs of checking in. This house was sold recently so I am guessing new host. Check zillow.
Parking on streets with no direction on which side to park, no ac, no connected tvs. If I could give 0 rating I would.
