These five uniquely inspired private guest suites rise above the downtown scene of historic Newberg. From your doorstep, you will enjoy being moments away from world-class tasting rooms, restaurants, and other exciting attractions. Our One Bedroom and Studio Suites are located in the community of Newberg Oregon which is commonly referred to as the "Gateway to Oregon Wine Country" where our passion for local wine, food, culture, and adventure come alive! These full, luxurious apartment-style suites have been remodeled with modern amenities travelers desire while still capturing the original grandeur of the historic building, making these suites a great place to call home each night of your visit to the Willamette Valley. Do note the Yamhill Flats are located on the second floor of this historic building, and there is no elevator available.

Flat #4: This Studio suite at the Yamhill Flats is spacious in size and residential in feeling. With a splash of color, this suite features a vivacious modern full kitchen, a supremely comfy queen bed, ample clothing storage, and a small dining table and seating. The en-suite bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower-tub combo, lots of lighting, plush towels, and a hair dryer. 

This is one of five Yamhill Flats available above the charming downtown. Our flats feature all of the same amenities you would expect when visiting a luxury hotel, with the bonus of modern, fully equipped kitchens (two without ovens). Every guest will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning and heat, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, Dish Satellite TV, wireless internet, and complimentary concierge services. With this fantastic location and impressive amenities, we are confident you will be delighted to call the Yamhill Flats home while exploring Oregon Wine Country! Newburgh is a great place to visit. The Yamhill suites was awesome because it was right in the middle of town walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. I would definitely visit there again.
