Overall great stay last weekend, will say we reserved a studio suite with queen bed, however the bed a small felt like a full bed. Very small bed. Only comp, besides not having a stopper for the tub, went to front desk and told the guy at front desk, who said someone would bring one up, but it never came. Would’ve been a 5 star, but bed sucked. Get there early if you intend to enjoy the free breakfast, because if you arrive after 8, everything will be already gone.

Great, except they ran out of food at breakfast
Check was very efficient. Front desk allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was at breakfast which was supposed to run until 10:30. At 10:00, there wasn't anything left. The kitchen staff said sorry, they ran out. No coffee, no eggs, no waffles. Was able to get some scrambled eggs by special request and some coffee after reminding them twice.

Location a little hard to locate. Navigation with I95 very confusing but the hotel was good. Breakfast needs a little improvement and supplies needed. Especially COFFEE.

While we are people who support the green initiative, housekeeping was almost non existing. The bed was not made, the trash wS not emptied, the room was not vacuumed. The only way we knew someone had been in the room wS some fresh towels. No bidy wash in the shower.

I think half this hotel was broken. Elevator, doors, missing side tables. Breakfast was still decent.

All around exceptional!
My family was so happy with our stay here! We already said if we’re ever in the area again, this will be our spot. The staff are the best, the breakfast was so convenient and the pool was a nice size. The rooms were clean and we really appreciated the free laundry machines. We stayed for almost a week and truly enjoyed ourselves. It was awesome for the really affordable price to stay somewhere so nice!

The pool is listed as a selling point, and upon arrival it is drained an in disrepair. If you are going to use photos to draw interest even mentioning pool in the ads you should absolutely let consumers know if it is unavailable so that they can weigh that into a decision to cancel prior to arrival. Run away from this dump, elevator was an issue entire stay, staff were less than helpful and totally unsympathetic on the concerns raised by many guests.

Robb,Due to a structural crack and pool drainage was required to make the necessary repair our pool. Unforeseen incidents do occur which is out of our control, the elevator was up and running the nest day once a service tech was contacted.

Manager was wonderful. After that it went downhill. Changed rooms due to no fridge upon entering. Next room we got settled and rested. Then went to leave and the door wouldn’t shut and lock. When at the front desk- the lady told us she couldn’t help us and would call maintenance who would come tomorrow. If we were in our room, we could lock it. Upon leaving the room it was left open to anyone. When asked what to do with our belongings if we left, she offered no help. She finally moved us rooms after telling us they were overbooked. Meaning, I’m sure someone who checked in later got out room with the broken door/lock. This hotel is not as pictured. Clean, but outdated and pool not working. Would stay somewhere else if we went back to the area.

Put a sign on the building!!!
Building is very hard to find. The sign out front leads you to the Ramada Inn next door. The Staybridge building actually has no signs or markings on it at all. My GPS wanted to take me in circles around the business park. The front desk was vacant when we arrived but as I was going out with a luggage cart, Ant (Anthony) met me and took care of everything...great service Anthony, thank you!. Overall very nice room for the money.

We reserved a suite with two queen beds and was given the 'last room' upon arrival. One double bed with a small couch that didn't even fold out for a bed. Our daughter needed to sleep on the floor and they were out of pillows and blankets too!

I made a reservation and had a confirmed confirmation number and pre-paid for it. when my daughter arrived she was told there were absolutely no rooms. No effort made to find us another hotel nearby.

The hotel I booked ran out of rooms so they put me in a motel near the property. Herrible. And they refused to reimburse me for the room.

Aniyah,Please reach out to Expedia to correct this situation. When we "walk" a guest, we always cover the stay. It is pre-arranged before we ever send you out our door. When you pay thru a third party such as Expedia, the 3rd party is usually contacted by the hotel to arrange for your displacement. If we cannot get in contact with the 3rd party, we will refund payment to them and inform you to reach out to them to get your refund. We also always pay for the room of the guest if we "walk" them to another property. We would like to correct this as soon as possible. Please contact Expedia and they will contact us to rectify the situation. I am truly sorry that the incorrect steps were taken by our team.
