Staff weren’t that friendly, our room had left over food from the precious person and no blankets for the pull out couch. Room was nice, spacious and clean though

Nice clean rooms. Easy check in. Bar and food quite expensive. We went to a local diner for breakfast the 2nd day as 2 cups of coffee, an English muffin and a yogurt dish with fresh fruit and granola came to $40 our first morning and we were surprised at the cost. The diner was much less expensive. But the hotel is very nice and convenient

Parking was a maze, terrible. Food was great. Room was bare, just a QR code, but clean. Bill was nearly $100 more than expected, checking on that now

The pictures don’t give this hotel justice. The staff was friendly, patient and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel I definitely would come back. I only have 3 takeaways. There should be a microwave in the room , better shower head, and the breakfast wasn’t giving but everyone was friendly the staff in the dining area by the pool and the front desk. The bed was very comfortable and room service was great plus friendly. I like the energy here but it’s life everything can’t be perfect and I point that out as suggestions not criticism. I will be back though 😇💕. Thanks everything .

Our stay waa good. I was disappointed that we booked an executive suite and it wasnt noted in the booking that the lounge is closed on a weekend. Normally with the exexutuve suites, breakfast is free and other amenities are available. Nothing was available and we had to pay extra for everything. We did not even get a bottle of water in our suite.

We stayed over for one night and it was not busy at all. It was very relaxing and quiet. The pool is a great spot to relax and closes at 9pm. The beds are very soft, but fine for one night. The hotel was clean and the staff very nice and helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would have liked more shuttle availability. Do they have a shuttle to the airport? Downtown Summit to the train? There was no information except for a shuttle to the shopping mall across the street.

Linda, the hotel has complimentary shuttle to the Short Hills Mall. There is a fee to the train station, summit and some neighboring towns. We do not go to the Airport.Thanks

Was very disappointed at check-in. I paid an extra $70 through Expedia for an 'Executive' room. Was led to believed it had an extra sitting room, couch, bathtub etc. At check-in, the woman's first question was if I needed a handicap room. I said no; I am not handicapped. When we got up to the room, it was a regular room. I went back downstairs to point out the discrepancy and the woman bluntly asked "I asked if you needed a handicapped room and you said no". During our exchange after she said this, because I could not believe she said it with a serious face, she tried to tell me that the handicap room and executive rooms are the same. So what Expedia calls an 'Executive' room, the Hilton calls a handicapped room? 1. How am I supposed to know that upon check-in? 2. How does that even make any sense? Seemed like a complete money grab to charge me extra, use some language discrepancy between the Hilton and the third party as an excuse and then tell me I have to deal with it via Expedia. Absolutely absurd. To this point this is my first and only complaint while using Expedia's service, but it is so frustrating I am expecting to be compensated at least the difference in price between this mythical 'Executive' room and what I actually got, which was a regular room.

John, thank you for your review. We are disappointed that you were given the wrong impression about the room type. It looks like the picture on Expedia has a suite showing as a regular room. We are working with them to have accurate pictures on their site. Additionally, since you booked your room through Expedia, you would have to deal with them directly. We hope you give us another chance and stay with us in the future.
