Good stay, some inaccuracies
Overall had a nice stay at this apartment. Here are a few inaccuracies, though, that made a difference for my family: the listing says first floor but this is on the 3rd floor, there was no coffee maker, and there was no twin futon (only two loveseat couches). Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 3 nights. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious and had most other amenities you would need! Neighborhood was great and there was lots of parking available.

Lots of little things missing that even though VRBO doesn't require hosts to provide they still should be included. There weren't any table lamps in the bedrooms. We weren't allowed to adjust the thermostat to our comfort level. Limited kitchenware. No safety mats in the showers. No grab bars in the showers. Tiny refrigerator. 32 inch tv's on rickety stands. We paid a cleaning fee but were still asked to clean the space line it was our property. That's what the cleaning fee is for. The property owners is supposed to have cleaners come in. If you want a vacation property skip this one and keep looking. The property owner also called and was rude abd threatening.

This is my first time using Vrbo. I’ve been an avid and loyal user of a competitor for many, many years. With that said, I’ll never use Vrbo again. I have never stayed somewhere where the a/c control was behind a lockbox. The unit was supposed to be set at a certain temperature. (It was not.) My companions and I were unable to wait for someone to come and change the temperature, but it seems they entered the unit while we were away anyway.

This immaculate property has everything you need to relax and have a Great time, the view, the cleanliness and location makes it even better. But let’s not forget about the host, an amazing human on top of everything you might need during your stay. Definitely the best option on VRBO
