This is not a hotel - its nice from the outside. I couldn't sleep for 4 nights that I stayed as always aloooooooot noise and people going and coming all hours of the night/morning. Aloot of shouting and noise and the AC never worked so if you open the window - the sound from outside on the streets are loud too. Very unsafe neighbourhood. This place is if you want to spend 1-2 hours max.. DO NOT take your kids there - I took my son and he couldn't sleep etc.

The cleaning service people were drinking beer in the elevator. The room was a mess the towels had hairs one them and were clearly dirty. The room was falling apart.

The bathroom and hallway floors had piss stains on the floor. The area behind the toilet was yellow you can tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. The curtains at the window were so dirty. The windows were dusty. There were bags of trash in the stairs way. Not microwave in a room which I find insane because there weren’t even that many late night options for food nearby. Not a single chair in a room. No hair dryer ? The list is long.

Overall I would say that my stay was good. I had a few bugs that I saw and there was some roach residue in the drawer in the dresser when I checked in. After I wiped out the drawer, I felt good afterwards

I stayed 5 nights and I do not recommend this hotel. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The cleaning could be better, the room was a bit dusty and I found hair on the floor and towels. The card to open my room kept randomly deactivating, so I had to go to the front desk almost every day. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything going on around the room (very noisy). If your room is on the ground floor, you will hear unsatisfied customers arguing with the receiptionist every day. Overall, for the sake of your comfort, I would advise you to pay a higher price and go to another hotel.

Business They don’t have room cleaning , the rooms smell like cigarettes, it feel so unsafe to even be there , u can hear people fighting in the other room, most of these 5 stars reviews are paid review fake , Very terribile experience i don't ever advise anyone to book or go to that place. Pls don't go to that place, the receptionist is unprofessional, rooms are smelling and dirty. I requested for refund and they told me is not refundable.

If the bullet-proof plastic covering of the front desk and the "NO REFUNDS" sign doesn't tell you to stay away, the barbed wire nearby stores, stained towels, non-functioning shower, weird smells, and lack of hangars should do the rest.

The property was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. The walls were filthy. The bedding had cigarette burns. We had to buy our own. This is not a HOTEL but a MOTEL

The room was nice but it had roaches and the cleaning staff didn’t check to see if we needed clean towels or toilet paper. The front desk staff was nice. The Q110 stops directly in front of the hotel. In walking distance of corner stores but not real restaurants.

This place was pretty awful. It reeked heavily of cigarettes in the lobby and that smell flowed up into what was supposed to be our nonsmoking room. The phone in the room didn’t work so we had to go to the front desk in person when we had questions. The shower floor looked dirty and made me feel like I needed to wear flip flops whenever I got in there. The surrounding area was pretty scary and not a place you’d want to walk around in at night. In fact, my husband didn’t even feel comfortable with me walking across the street to the deli to get a sandwich.

The staff were all very nice and didnt have any trouble checking in. The aircon was very noisy as was the road next to it. It was pretty clean. The neighbourhood wasnt great. Id avoid if you had a family. It is next to the airport so thats good
