I liked the happy hour everyday since they provided some small snacks and drinks for us to relax and chat with family. I also liked that the provided $30 every night for us to order food. The food was actually pretty good! However, it wasn’t communicated when we booked the hotel on Expedia and I wish we were told about it ahead of time. I also liked the breakfast but finding a seat in the morning was a pain. The shower in the room we stayed in had a weaker water pressure and the water was not going in on the first day. We reported this to the maintenance and they fixed it when we’re back. Appreciate it!

Great location for a visit to see New York City. The staff were very friendly, accomodating and professional. The breakfast and happy hour food was not great at all but still a nice option to have a couple of days.

Good location. Room is not special but good for a city trip with convenient beds. I was surprised about the breakfast. Good for a free breakfast. Cleaning could be better.

This is a great hotel for a stay in New York. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is so great you can skip lunch during the day. The localization is outstanding, 10 min walk from the Subway and 15 min from Times Square. Definitely recommend it

The bed was very comfortable. My daughter slept on the couch instead of the pullout, she said it was comfy. The view of Empire Stare Building was worth the extra cost. The breakfast was good, a lot of choices and frequently stocked in the earlier hours. After 8:30 am, it gets very busy. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. There were lots of restaurants right within a block, subway few blocks away, busy area just outside of Times Square. It felt safe to walk around. I would stay there again.

Front desk staff were wonderful. Bar at the lobby is not very good the first two days server had an attitude. The last two were ok for the overpriced drinks. Breakfast ok kind of crowded. Evening reception was horrible. No tonic for 3 days in a row. Come on Hilton get it together!

I don’t understand why I had extra fees ($76.24) taken out of my bank account. They did NOT provide ANY details on this!!! I kept the room clean and we didn’t even ask for room service or cleaning. I prefer to keep my belongings safe. I had not moved any furniture. I only used the hotel to sleep at night. So I’m very confused as to why I was charged.

I looked into this for you. Some of the charges stem from purchases made in the restaurant/bar. You purchased something for 27 one day and 25 on the other. You did receive a 52 credit. You are still responsible for the taxes accrued as well as the daily resort fee, which is 30+tax each night. I hope this addresses your concerns.

Khadijah and Adam made the stay worth while with their pleasant attitudes and great customer service. Thursday March 21st was our first night there and the evening cocktail staff was awesome but the one from Saturday and Sunday was so rude.

Rooms were small. Dining area was too small for the amount of guests in the hotel. If you book here expect crowding everywhere you go. I would not stay here again.

Hotel ammenities are great! We loved the toiletries included, great products and smelled great. The room was comfortable and it was nice coming back to a clean room every night. There is a great breakfast selection included and the reception happy hour in the afternoon is nice as well. The staff is very friendly, Luis checked us into our room early and he was very pleasant. He also checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The locaction is perfect, so much near by and easy to walk to. Will definitely be back in the future.

This is the 3rd time i stay here and the staff is so welcoming and pleasant and helpful. Parking in the city is always an issue but their unhelpful staff isn’t the hotels fault. Breakfast service is great. Everyone is kind and patient no matter how small their working area is. Special shout-out and props to Yolanda the manager, Bruno at front desk and Adam in valet services. Courtesy water and uh coffee in lobby would be helpful. And rooms are small. But hey- this is NYC- i feel the Embassy Suites do what they can to compensate.
