Cozy, relaxing waterfront home
Our family of 5 loved staying at this waterfront property. Very roomy, spacious and well stocked with everything you need. The pool was a hit as was the dock for fishing. The underwater night light allows you to see a lot of different fish swimming by. Sun room inside is very nice to hang out in. Lots of extras like games, puzzles, kayaks, air hockey, etc. Definitely highly recommend!

Host responded immediately when notified. The rental was very well supplied with everything we needed. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close. We were all very happy with the place.

Beautiful Direct Gulf Access Home
A great home! Wish I could give a 4.5 accuracy of listing. Only reason for accuracy was that the pool heat wasn't working but communication was great and was resolved without giving too much detail. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect place
We had a wonderful stay. House was clean and had all we needed. Deck and pool was perfect. Loved being able to sit outside, by the canal and enjoy the pool. Neighborhood nice and easily accessible to SR19. Communication with host was excellent. Would definitely recommend and we will certainly consider when coming back to this area of Florida. Thank you!!

Great place!!!
Great place for 3 couples!! We each had our own bathroom and bedroom! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed even a filet knife to clean up the fish we caught!! House very spacious! Garage kept all the kayaks and an extra refrigerator/freezer which we used!! Would of given a 5 star if there would of been more shade out by pool! We will be back!!

This house has it all!!!
Our family of 5 loved this house. The pool was a perfect place to take a dip and refresh yourself on a hot day. The dock provides endless fishing opportunities. Make sure to goto a bait site and use the provided bucket for live bait. It makes a world of difference. The location is close to grocery stores and many restaurants. There are multiple beaches within 20 minutes of the house. The kitchen has more than you will need. We would 100% recommend this property and if we decide to return to the area we will be staying here again.

Very nice spring training vacation
We were 3 couples in Florida for Spring Training. Very nice to have 3 full baths - 1 per couple. Would actually give 4.5 stars if possible. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. 2 items kept the house from 5 star: 1. There was no propane for either the grill or the fire pit - we went out and bought it ourselves, and only having minimal supplies. Overall very nice value, with a bonus of egret and heron visits and three dolphins night feeding right off the dock.

This property is exactly how it looks in the photos and how it is described. The house is beautiful, very clean, filled with everything you may need and in a great neighborhood. Awesome place!!
Home was perfect for our two families of 9! It os spacious yet cozy! Super fun game room kayaks and pool!! Dolphins swimming in the canal, west facing deck so we could enjoy our evenings at the pool. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit every night too!

Perfect Getaway
We stayed at this property during our recent family trip to New Port Richey. Very positive experience from booking to checkin to checkout. Our questions were promptly responded to which was appreciated. The property and location are wonderful and well suited to fun, sun and entertaining. We have stayed at many properties in the area and this was by far the best rental house we have ever booked. Would highly recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.

Awesome House!
We rented the property for vacation after my daughter’s high school graduation. The property was exactly what we were looking for in terms of size and location. We brought our boat over and utilized the dock which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it

Fabulous kitchen for large groups!
I really wish there were half stars because this property is 4.5. I’m just big on cleanliness & it needs a deep clean. There were sheets left on one of the pullouts & the sheets on the bed upstairs had holes. Speaking of sheets PLEASE get rid of the t-shirt sheets. They are hot to sleep in! The pool area is wonderful but hot. No shade. Keep the curtains closed & the blinds pulled as the sun quickly warms up the back of the house. The kitchen. Absolutely wonderful. Almost everything that’s needed to cook for big groups. Would recommend a griddle for pancakes & a splatter screen for bacon/sausage (although the big colander works great for this using the large copper skillet). Our kids, grown through kindergarten, thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The parents did also.

weekend on the canal
The property was just as pictured and more. We saw a shark, a turtle, sting rays and dolphins from the dock. The grandkids did some fishing and caught 2 different kinds of fish. The kitchen had plenty of space for our food and stuff we brought. The full size fridge in the garage made for lots of fridge space. There was plenty of seating on the back deck around the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house

All inclusive home!
Our family had so much fun using the pool, deck, dock, paddle board, kayaks, grill, kitchen, and beach. The lights in the water made fishing extra entertaining! It was a beautiful property with amazing sunsets. We loved how the bedrooms were spread out, so everyone had their own space. I will definitely stay here again.

Awesome place with gulf access
We stayed here for 5 nights to attend our daughter's wedding that was held on anclote key island. This w place was exactly what you see in pictures. The kitchen is huge and well appointed. The pool was used by grandkids and the dock was perfect for docking our boat for the many trips to the island. The two bonuses that were enjoyed was the game room garage and the fishing that grandkids did from the dock for the hundreds of mangrove snapper. Making for an overall great stay.

Great Place
Was very easy to get to and close to town. Clean and spacious, each bedroom has its own full bath which was amazing for our group. The sunroom is perfect for reading a book in the morning, deck and pool area also a great afternoon hang out spot. Owner was always super responsive and helpful. Awesome property and hosts!
This is the best overall vrbo property I have stayed at. The house is fully equipped with everything one would possibly need for babies to adults. We stayed for almost 3 months and the minor issues that arose were immediately remedied by the hosts. It’s updated and very tastefully decorated. Great location - awesome deck and pool and pontoon dock. We would stay here again in a heartbeat😊

We loved the beautiful open floor plan of this house. The only thing better was the backyard!! The pool was awesome and the water sports off of the deck was there highlight of the kids vacation.

Good Choice
We found the property to be in excellent shape, well appointed and very functional. The home has a layout which enabled our group of six to spread out a bit which was nice during the down time. The dock provided for a good launching point with our boat as well as some direct fishing. The canal location was reasonably close to open water for boating and fishing. The owner was very responsive when a few small issues arose. A potential drawback - which was not an issue for us - is if you need to put a car or trailer in the garage for some reason. There are games (which the kids enjoyed), bikes, a paddleboard and kayaks in the garage and no room for a vehicle or trailer. However, the driveway had ample parking for 4 - 6 vehicles. The MLW from the canal to open water using the marked channels seemed to be approximately 8+ feet and the tidal swing appeared to be approximately 3 feet +/-.
