It’s downtown so parking will always be high. 35 dollars per night to park in the lot. There is free and paid street parking around though. Nice hotel. I thought Holiday inns were ghetto. I was wrong. Breakfast was a nice option to have. The breakfast crew don’t play. They will wrap things up like it’s the end of their shift. They will clean your table while you are still eating at it. Hella rude but True story. Crazy parking. Rude ish breakfast staff. Clean establishment. Not too bad overall

Very nice staff! Everyone! Rooms were nice. Only thing I Hated was the sliding bathroom door. No privacy. Didn't close. We used the bathroom down the hall for more personal uses. Not cool

Good location for conference, staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was pretty good. One of the elevators was extra slow and noisy which was disconcerting. Otherwise totally adequate.

I was disappointed with a few things in our room. There was a sliding door into the toilet and shower area. It was extremely difficult to move the door. And there was a large gap between the door and the wall so you basically had very little privacy. The other issue I had was the desk chair. I did tell them about it and thought they were going to exchange it, but they didn't. Half the seat cover was missing. Other than those issues it was a very nice stay. Good selection for breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was one more thing. We weren't allowed to take our cooler into our room. So we checked it at the desk for our stay. We had to take everything out of it and carry to our room loosely.

The walk to downtown was not bad. The staff even let us leave our rental after check out to avoid paying extra parking fees elsewhere. We really appreciated that! Great pizza/sub place just a block across the parking lot. Was recommended by night time security. Plenty of other public parking lots around the hotel area. Hotel style breakfast was decent. Would stay again.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The microwave was inconsistent, the fridge leaked, and the coffee machine didn’t work at all. When I brought these issues to the front desk, the staff was rude, which was disappointing. The manager did mention he would address my concerns, but I'm not sure if anything was actually done. The breakfast was mediocre, and the cleaning was subpar. We even ran out of bath soap, which indicated that housekeeping wasn't thorough in checking on essentials.

It was okay... I didn't like the fact that my room was located exactly when you got off the elevator. So all night, when people would get on or off the elevator or be waiting for the elevator to arrive, we heard them talking. That room should be a staff only/storage room or something. Very weirdly located. The food was okay... Not kept hot enough.

For 3 days we reported the bathroom shower was leaking water all of the floor. For 3 days the maintenance guy attempted to repair and each time the repair was not successful. At the end of each day we had towels all over the bathroom floor to soak in the water. The lobby was taken over each day for a family reunion. Trash bins in the lobby were overflowing every night.
