Get ready to live like a true New Orleanian in this fabulous six bedroom manse in the Lower Garden District. The upper balcony is tucked between a 200 year old Live Oak and along with the lower porch overlooks gorgeous Coliseum Square and its lovely fountains. The main house is separate from an included guest house that wraps around the pool. The lush landscaping and double side yards afford much valued privacy and space while the well furnished double parlors boast tons of natural light. The entire house is filled with the owners modern and eclectic art collection.
The Super Dome is less than 1 mile away and the house is 2 blocks to the streetcar.
