Amazing in all ways. The only two recommendations I have is, at the price point there should be dual ply toilet paper and not single ply. Also the price point for valet is a little steep. Amazing in all ways, just could use some reconsideration on price points.

Please know that we are competitively priced within this area of the city where parking is very limited and those who own the parking lots and garages are charging hotels a very high cost. Good centrally located hotel with very helpful staff. I needed a taxi at 330am for my ride to the airport and driver arranged by Ryan was there 5min. early and very friendly and helpful. I will stay at the Cambria again when I need my New Orleans fix.

Our room was not attended during our stay. Beds not made, no fresh towels. When I mentioned it to the fro t desk, she gave to lame excuses ..is due to Covid (4 years ago) and...people dont like to work. First and last Cambria experience.

Dear Agustin,On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us as a valued guest and please know that we do not make the brand policies for stayover service here at our specific property. Upon checking in you were notified by the front desk agent of the policy and our welcome letter also states the policy. If you would have requested full service to your room throughout your stay then we would have accommodated that, same if you requested light service at any point throughout your stay. Only thing that has changed from prior to 2020 is we do not enter every room, every day to do a cleaning as most guests no longer want that so we let our guests request what they would like. We do however do a check-in with our guests and offer a full-service cleaning on the third day of stays. If you asked our staff member how long this policy has been in place and she replied that it started in 2020 or right after, it is not an excuse. It's the correct and accurate answer to your question. We will be using your feedback for discussions in regard to delivery of answers to questions such as yours when received at our front desk so that we can provide exceptional experiences for our guests and avoid any miscommunication.

The property was very clean and the staff was helpful. We felt safe in this area, it was a nice clean area with valet parking to protect your vehicle.

This property was at a perfect location. Easy walk to French Quarter and good restaurants. Quiet for sleeping. Amazing front reception (James) was warm, welcoming and very informative. We would recommend to our friends.

We booked this hotel for mardi gras last minute. The online reviews were amazing so we gave it a try, we were not disappointed at all. The food from the restaurant was amazing, the room was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

What I loved most about this property was that it was walkable to the majority of the areas surrounding it. Very close to the French Quarter and bourbon Street.

We LOVE the Cambria. I realize that Covid changed everything, but we wish you'd go back to daily housekeeping. At the very least, daily fresh towels. When you're paying $300 and up per day, you shouldn't have to request towels and trash pick up.

Awesome New Orleans Experience
This was my first trip to New Orleans, and I made an excellent decision in staying here. James greeted me at the front desk and had a number of recommendations for my exploration of the Big Easy. For me, everything about this place was top notch. If I’m ever in New Orleans again, Cambria Hotel is going to be my first option.
