Not a lot of amenities in the room ie:fridge, coffee pot, microwave. Basic bed, shower combo. Could have been a bit cleaner but convenient stores close enough to get supplies to DIY(which i would suggest)

It is a good place to rest your head for the night. My room was clean and given it was located in the back, it was very quiet. The rooms seem to have had a cosmetic refresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about at this price. If you want nicer amenities, there is another place down the road. It's just three times the cost.
