Cute condo, great location!
This was a perfect getaway location. Great location, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen to make breakfast and lunch. Nice owners who always responded promptly to any of our questions. We really appreciated the 1 hour early check-in so we could watch the football game starting at 2:30!

Great Location
Perfect location right next to the river with an easy private entrance. Nice to have extra tubes if needed and air pump. Only complaint would be the lack of blankets.

Comal River Condos
Location is wonderful, friendly neighbors including 30 deer that roam freely in the neighborhood. Close to downtown restaurants, shopping and a short drive to all other ammenities. Landlords are fantastic.

Best location, pics don't do it justice. Managers were amazing. Very Clean. We were sad to go. As you drive into the condo you see so many deer. What a great place. We have already let our friends know this is the place to stay.

The property had thick dust on fans, dishes were dirty, refrigerator was dirty and left over condiment from previous visitors, half used jars of food,. Pot holders had food on them. The bathrooms were very clean. When I spoke to owner he informed me it was clean enough by his standards and if I did not meet my standards I could leave.

Best Location in New Braunfels!
By far the best place to stay in New Braunfels if you want right on the Comal River. Easy access to the condo, easy to walk down to the river and float as your leisure, and gorgeous views. We loved our stay and the family had a blast walking across the river to Schlitterbahn Park. We enjoyed the evenings sitting by the river and watching people float by. We will definitely stay here again. Property owners were fantastic, easy to work with, and easy to reach with any questions. We loved it!
