Less than half a mile from downtown hotspots yet tucked away in a relaxing riverside setting, you get the best of both worlds. But the real magic happens in the private amenities—two pools and two hot tubs, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

Picture yourself basking in the sun by the pool or cruising around town on a golf cart, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. This is the ultimate home base for floating the Guadalupe River and visiting Schlitterbahn. Don't forget to ask about our street-legal golf cart rental for extra fun!

Guests will have access to the entire condo unit, 1 assigned parking spot and 1 unassigned parking spot. There is public parking options a couple of blocks from the condo or in the street side of the condo should you have more than 2 vehicles.

You will also have access to the community amenities: a huge private river park with grills, loungers and picnic tables right on the river as well as a 2 gated pools and 2 hot tubes. Accessibility from the unit to the river park is limited and requires walking through stairs.

We live locally, and a quick drive away but will not be onsite unless needed during your stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Relaxation Station. The location was perfect for nights out in Gruene and downtown New Braunfels. The property was as described and comfortable for our group. We cooked several times and had everything needed in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Hosts were responsive and very nice.
