Charming cottage!
Charming well appointed cottage. Super close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. Stayed for Wurstfest 2023--just a few block walk to the entrance of the fairgrounds. Will stay there again!

Very Comfortable Stay!
We stayed here with our tween/teen kids and had plenty of room. Everything we needed was there, including cookware and basic spices for cooking dinner. Despite blazing heat, we stayed comfortably cool in the house and even enjoyed time on the back porch watching the deer. The house was very close to everywhere we needed to go. The host checked in frequently and we had no problems. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location
The location of this house can’t be beat. A 5 min walk to downtown, 3 min walk to the Tube chute… amazing. The house was exactly as described and they were no surprises.

The perfect weekend getaway
My sister and I stayed here for a girls weekend and were nothing short of impressed. The house is in perfect walking distance from Float In and numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Overall the house was very cute and fully stocked with just about everything you could need. Leslie was wonderful and has multiple lists and guides printed out to make your trip that much easier. I would definitely recommend checking out her place and I can’t wait to come back again!

This house had everything your could possibly need. It was well stocked with all the essentials. It was very cute and well maintained. The location was amazing. Our family loved being minutes away from Schlitterbahn. I highly recommend staying here!

Property Owners hit this one out of the park!
The property owners have done an excellent job with this property. It is the oldest property we have ever stayed in and is by far the cleanest! We were very impressed. This was our 3rd VRBO stay in the last 6 weeks and this property did not disappoint at all. It was very conveniently located for our needs. The property was well furnished with everything you need. Everything was labeled well and stocked with very nice linens. Other property owners could take lessons from these owners. We will definitely stay at the property again if our party size allows.

Great place close to the river
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels and extra toiletries in case you forget anything. Close to the main street and the river. There were also 4 nice tubes and two air pumps that made the process so much easier than bringing our own and trying to blow them up when we get to the river. The kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and easy.

Love-love this property. Shady pecan trees with porch on both the front and back to have your morning brew or you nightly cocktail. Grill for family burgers or steaks. Large kitchen fully stocked. Great house and location. Walking distance to a wide varied of venues to meet everyone's taste.

Stay was nice and quiet. Lots of deer, even saw a gray fox. Nice area to walk around. Not to far from main happenings in events. We did have a car park outside the house 2 nights, someone even walked over to the trashcans- not sure who or why. I messaged Leslie, with no response- so my husband and son periodically checked outside. Other than that- our stay was good.

Owners are nice and very thorough, house is older but it’s got everything you need and it’s got charm. We enjoyed our stay a lot with the quiet neighborhood at night and being so close to the tube chute for a days float! Will book again!

Fabulous weekend!
My family had a wonderful time staying in this home for the long weekend of Memorial Day weekend. Everything was so accessible from home, we never needed to take the car! The house is charming and there was everything I needed to cook a meal for the family. I will definitely want to stay here again! What a fabulous way to discover the gems in New Braunfels ❤️

Great location nice house. But…
This is a very nice house and in a perfect location to access downtown, the river, and other places. One small problem. Leslie is a very, very nice host and she let us check in early also super nice. But after I check-in anywhere (a hotel, VRBO, bed and breakfast, etc..) I don’t really care to have the hotel workers or host come into the place I am renting for anything other than amenities to myself. Leslie came over a few times and once to “measure for a new dining table”. We only rented it for 2 days could she not have waited? Maybe just checking on her house but still. Again she was very nice but that was a little annoying.

The house was perfect for the 4 of us . They thought of everything you would need to be comfortable during the stay. There were instructions on floating the river, plenty of towels, coffee for the morning and floats! The house is in the perfect location. We walked to everything!

My husband and 2 sons (ages 5 and 7) and I stayed here for 4 nights between Xmas and New Years and had a great trip! The park and river nearby along with the walk to downtown was perfect. We also loved watching the deer walk around the neighborhood. My sons cannot wait to come back.

I've been dove hunting the New Braunfels area for a few years now. Typically we stay right on the river, but couldn't get the same place this year. Found this spot and decided to give it a try. House was super nice, and had everything we needed. I will definately reach back out for next year!
