Valet is understaffed. Hotel management is extremely poorly organized. We had to wait for an hour and half to retrieve our car. $40.00 hr plus tax per day for valet and not much to show. Contracted out by the hotel to PMC Parking that understaffed the valet service. In the night we also had to wait 20 minutes parking to get off the main road into the hotel area for valet. Not safe at all. Overall this has left a poor experience of our stay at this hotel.

The room was very nice with a small kitchenette included. The hotel was a short walk away from several nice restaurants and a short walk to the Old Time Trolley Stop. Staff was great. Breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

The staff were very inflexible and unhelpful. I had to call several times and was immediately put on hold. I could not be there for check in and they would not allow my 18 year old to check in even with my information, my credit card, and with me on the phone. I had to spend nearly 1 1/2 hours on the phone hotel and chat with Expedia.
