Overall, this place was exactly what we needed for a girls weekend in Nashville. A tad out of the way, but walkable to things, if you're willing to walk. The property was very easy to access and maintenance was responsive when we had a small issue. Would come back!

Filthy room, cheap furniture, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! The bed frame was broken upon our arrival and sagging in the middle. The bed was so low to the ground it was like sleeping on the floor. The sheets on the king size bed were for a queen, so they obviously didn’t fit or stay on the corners of the mattress. The dresser was so cheap we couldn’t open the drawers without it shaking and feeling like it was going to break. The bathroom had mold in the drain and standing dust on the door frame and floor. One of the drawers on the sink vanity were broken and when you opened it, the whole drawer would come out. Before the shower was ever used, there was long black hair stuck to the walls. And the window ledge in the shower was disgusting dirty! The living room had dirty socks under the couch, from previous renters. The kitchen cabinets were broken and missing hardware. The entry pad to get into the rooms were so scratched up it was almost impossible to see the numbers. We weren’t expecting much for as little as we paid to stay, but more than what we got!! Overall terrible experience, and we will never return to this location.

Room had a strong smell like burnt marijuana. Multiple homeless folks hanging around outside property. Limited parking. Pictures on website were not of actual property but of a new building across the street.

There was short notice of a fire inspection. Communication was via email, which was sent less the 12 waking hours before the banging on the door started. I did not read the email before the inspection visit. A text or phone call would have been more appropriate considering the urgency. I do not check email constantly when vacationing

The apartment was as-advertised. We appreciated the clear, accurate and timely communication for checking in, accessing, and checking out. This is a small but tidy unit in a cute and extremely quiet complex. The one glaring problem was the couch/fold out bed. The couch is old and dirty to the point that we didn't even want to sit on it. And the pull-out bed was one step away from falling apart. It slopes down toward the bottom and caved inward so severely that it seemed as if it would collapse. It was dreadfully uncomfortable to sleep on. The condition of this bed which is advertised as part of the "Sleeps 4" description of this unit is totally unacceptable.

It was a cute room but I won’t be staying again due to how long it takes to get things from staff, issues in the room, and lack of washer and dryer. It didn’t work for what I needed but it might for someone else’s needs. Close enough location to a few key areas in Nashville.

This was a convienient location and nicely provisioned. It had a quicky clean prior to arrival and could have used a deep clean, The watet pressure was non existant and showers futile. The plumbing fixtures were falling off the sink. The price was right and location served well

The space was nice, the couch in the living room was a bit dirty. The shelf above the sink in the bathroom was a bit wonky and felt like it might fall off at any time. Overall this was a nice property and suited my needs.

I had a hard time finding it due to so many buildings close to each other. Other than that, it was a great stay. Very clean, convenient to downtown, quiet, really quaint.

The property was clean and safe. We had booked for 6 nights. On night 4 and 5 we found live cockroaches in the kitchen area, one on the counter, one on the floor. We left in the middle of the night and found somewhere else to stay. We did get refunded for 2 nights. I hope they fix the issue as everything was great up to that point.

Nice place, Very uncomfortable bed.
Place was clean and fine overall, but the mattress has to be one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Hard to fall and stay asleep on. couch fabric was ripping up in the back and also only moderately comfortable. But other than that, location was good. exactly as described, clean.

Very depressing atmosphere. Only 2 lamps for lighting. Not like pictures online and is a very small unit. Tv did not work. Was a very depressing rental.

Excellent place to stay in Nashville!
This is an excellent place to stay in Nashville. I had the studio unit, and it was excellent. Great amenities, spacious, comfortable beds, easy-to-use Chromecast TV, good Wi-Fi, easy parking. Support was fast and very responsive when I was trying to figure out how to check in and access the unit. Location is great, within walking distance to lots of attractions. On the last day, even though I had to check out in the morning, I requested for extra time to leave my car in the parking spot since I still have a full day of meetings and they were able to accommodate. Excellent place and I will stay here again in the future.

The property was a great location to places in walking distance. However, the heat didn't work very well and the room was very cold. Also, no instructions on working the television. Finally found out that the television was only able to screen share programs off mobile devices.

Very responsive staff, very clean. The noise from adjoining units was a little louder than I would like and also the hot water level in the bathroom was not very good and needs to be increased in terms of water pressure level and volume

Parking was difficult, the one night the bar close by was having an event and patrons from that place parked in all of the parking spots for my location forcing me to park a block away on the street. There also was an issue with the water pressure, sometimes it would be fine other times there would literally be no water pressure. We eneded up leaving 2 hours late the morning we checked out because we couldnt shower.

Explore Nashville on foot!
We loved the location because we love to walk! Didn’t have to drive and find parking in downtown or at Centennial Park and the nearby Vanderbilt campus. Reasonably priced food options nearby, too. The neighborhood is a bit edgy but fine for two. The bed was comfy. TV was too complicated for us to want to deal with but there was a very nice kitchen space.
