Cute and spacious
This was such a cute stay for my sister’s bachelorette trip to Nashville. It was spacious enough for the 10 of us and made for great pics! It’s close to downtown, just a short drive away. We gave it 4 stars because there were some things that weren’t super clean, like the floor and some showers. There were bugs on the lower level too. There weren’t actually a whole lot of tools in the kitchen, or cleaning supplies. When we got there, the welcome packet wasn’t there, so we had to reach out to the host for info like the WiFi password, closing the garage door, and clean up procedures. Overall a great stay, but the lack of cleanliness, information, and tools was disappointing for the amount we spent.

Beautiful House in a Nightmare Neighborhood
This house is gorgeous! Everything is just as it shows online. There is plenty of room for large groups. The beds were comfortable. The master bathroom is amazing! Everything was clean. Only bad thing about the house itself is the AC does not work well on the lower 2 levels, it never would go under 75. But the upstairs stayed nice and cool. The downfall of this place is the security. The first night we were there the home was broken into, keys taken and one of our vehicles was stolen. After dealing with the police department for half the day it was brought to our attention that this complex has break ins and thefts every weekend. The cops told us they have been to our complex the past 12 weekends in a row. The thieves are breaking into homes, stealing valuables, and cars. They are targeting tourists. We woke up to check out on our last day and one of our other vehicles had a window broken and the vehicle rummaged through. This review is to warn people before they book! This is a matter of safety! These people are coming into the homes while you sleep. The cops said they are either over riding the codes to the doors or have inside help from someone like a cleaning crew. This is not a safe place to stay. They have security on site but he left at 2am each day. Our car was stolen around 3:50 the cops said. Be aware if you rent this place or anywhere near here, it is NOT SAFE!!!

Everything you need in a great location!
It was such a beautiful house for a big girls weekend! The house had everything we needed and we loved how close it was to everything! Really loved how it had a 2 car garage and free street parking for additional vehicles. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Townhouse!
This townhome was awesome and had everything we needed! The location was perfect as it was a ten minute drive to Broadway Street! Also every bedroom had a bathroom which was nice! The hula hoops were the icing on the cake! Definitely going to stay here in the future!

This house was perfect for a large group plenty of space to spread out. Great entertaining space. The kitchen is perfect for gathering and enjoying good food, drinks, music and company. The grill in the common area worked out well for Us, we had a nice early evening cookout.

So cute!!
The house was absolutely adorable & perfect for a group of girls for a bachelorette weekend. There was so much room for all us, it will fit your group of 12 perfectly!! I will agree with the reviews that this isn’t technically within in walking distance to the Gulch—at least not for a bunch of girls in heels!! Definitely a must stay for your trip to Nashville. Also pay attention to your cancellation policy, especially with COVID!!

Girls Weekend Success!
Great space, very fun decor! The rooms are spaced between floors so you feel like you have a lot of personal space, even with 10 girls staying over. Only small issue was resetting the door code to our own, we ended up just using the 10 digit setup code the whole time to get in. Location was 5-10 minutes from all our hot spots! $7 Uber to anywhere downtown. Great house, highly recommend!

Fantastic location for Nashville
What an awesome place! Stayed here for five days with family and friends for a milestone birthday. Absolutely fantastic place with everything you need, great outdoor space, and a short can ride from Broadway. Quiet Neighbourhood. Would totally stay here again when next in Nashville.
