My only complaint is the sharp sewage smell when you enter the lobby. I also noticed it about 7 month ago too. I assume it is related to the stadium construction next door but it should be addressed immediately. Other than that it is a very convenient property location if visiting Vanderbilt.

Upon the staff hearing it was my daughters birthday, they decided to all sign a card for her and deliver it with a dessert to the room. It was very thoughtful and we appreciated the gesture very much.

It is a beautiful hotel near many restaurants and nightclubs. I did not realize when I booked that it would cost $49 to park plus tips for the valet. This adds a lot to the hotel cost. It is definitely not clear in the advertisement. Also the line to drop the car off was so long it took people at least a half hour or more just to drop their cars off.

The hotel was fine. My complaint is the front desk refused to give me a detailed statement of my room charges. I paid for the room in advance through Expedia and gave the hotel my credit card to cover any extra charges. Almost $400 in charges were made to my credit card by the hotel and the hotel refused to give me an accounting of what was on my bill. I was there for two nights and the only extra charge should have been for parking. I think a clerk may have mistakenly or intentionally applied someone else's charges to my bill incorrectly

Overall was a good overnight stay the in-house restaurant definitely saved the trip.got to the hotel to check in and check on the parking situation,it was a mandatory $50 valet parking.that night we went to eat at our favorite restaurant in town and decided to take the hotel shuttle,we were given a number to call for the shuttle,he said it would be 20-25 minutes before he got to the hotel,we waited over a hour and no shuttle so we ate at the in-house restaurant which was very good.other than that the staff was very nice

Nice place! The van to transport us downtown was very helpful. No trouble an anything. The only complaints were that they were doing construction and we had trouble finding access to hotel, as the little sign wasn’t very large. And I hate feather pillows. Overall, great stay.

Unfortunately, the staff was incredibly rude and on attentive. The power was out for most of the day until 2:30 in the morning when the memo said it would be out for two hours. I was told that would be a rollaway bed available and then all of a sudden there was not because they were five people. The staff did nothing to accommodate the situation. I then received a phone call telling me that I was rude. It was a very unpleasant, stay, unpleasant staff, and extremely rude.

Lighting in the room was very very dim. Only bright light was in the bathroom. View from our room was beautiful. Bed was large, pillows were Comfortable but mattress topper was worn out and bunched up no matter how many times you tried to fix it.

Giving this place a try.
It was a comfortable room and stay and a convenient location. Comfortable except the towels. The towels were like something from a Motel 6, they could almost take your skin off. Parking was odd. There is a parking garage right net to the hotel but a sign said no hotel parking which left you with the $45 a day valet option or finding somewhere else nearby, which is not easy at all. But, when the valets were going to get the vehicles, it certainly looked like they were going in the parking garage to retrieve them. 🤔

Great stay close to Vandy
The hotel was very clean and very nice. It was super convenient because we were spending time at Vanderbilt University. There is a lot of construction going on, but not too much noise from it. The stuff at check-in was amazing. It’s a great hotel just not full of frills.
