Good for the price
We booked this stay for a girls trip to Nashville. Initially we loved it due to the price, as all other stays were double or triple the price.
Now it was advertised as 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. That is not entirely accurate, it is a 30 minute walk (at best) through not the safest area. We had a local guide tell us not to walk around after 7pm in the area as it was NOT safe. It would have been nice to know as we were a group of girls. However, it was a quick 5 minute uber to Broadway which was great.
The building was VERY clean and new and the unit was clean. We had all the kitchen accessories we needed for a brief stay and the towels were clean. We did notice that the blankets and throws all had quite a bit of stains and food on them, almost as if they have never been washed. That did gross us out a bit.
The space was advertised as a "sleeps 6" which is true, however it should be noted that the bunk beds are in the kitchen. There is no room for them which did come as a shock when we walked in and saw them right there. If you need more privacy as a group I would not book this place.
We did have 5 women staying in the place and with our hot tools/blow dryer we did flip the breaker several times and then the AC stopped working. Thankfully this was on our last night but it was very hot the next morning. We tried to contact the property manager but did not hear from them to fix it.
Overall it was good for the price, but we would not book again.
