Great Stay
We had a great time at the house! Loved all the space, the abundance of rooms and sitting space, and particularly loved the pool table - we played for hours and gave us a great activity to do. There's also a closet full of games we pulled out and enjoyed! Really close to city center and it was perfect for our big, visiting family to explore the area.

Comfortable and great location
We regretted that we weren’t staying longer so that we had more time to enjoy the house. There are several cosy sitting areas and a fantastic porch, the most comfortable beds anywhere, a great supply of games, books and music, and a very well equipped kitchen. The location is excellent and Chad was a friendly and responsive host. Definitely would recommend it as a place to stay in Nashville.

Perfect Nashville Location
We really couldn’t have asked for a better location for easy access to all things Nashville. We were traveling with small kids so drove everywhere and it was perfect. If traveling with older kids seems like the perfect location for an easy Uber ride. The kids really enjoyed having their own spaces and loved playing the piano. The house had everything we could’ve wanted. The floors are pretty loud and you can definitely hear people in the upper unit easily, but that didn’t really bother us. We would absolutely stay here again if we were visiting Nashville. Excellent home and excellent host.

Perfect house for an adult Nashville weekend!
The house was exactly as described and very spacious and clean. The owners promptly responded to questions and provided super helpful suggestions and tips! The location was perfect and was a quick Uber ride from everywhere we wanted to go! We had the best time celebrating our friend's 40th birthday!

Amazing house for making memories!
It was trouble free, we had at our disposal the property manager if needed. There was a map at our disposal, detailing how far we would travel. We were able to plan out our days, just so we could have time to play Pool!! The house was pristine, wil lots of room to spread out and work or just chill.

Hillside hideaway near Vanderbilt
Great property for our four adult couples in town for a week leading up to a wedding. Considering how close we were to the main part of the city, the property had a wonderfully secluded feel due to all of the trees around it. Well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals when we stayed in or picked up takeout from the many choices in the area. The porch looking out at the city and the pool table were highlights. There was plenty of room when some of our family stopped in for a drink and a snack. Chad was available and responsive when we had a couple of questions.

The property was nice. We enjoyed having lots of room to spread out. Bathrooms were ok since there were only 2 showers but it was because the house is older, not complaining tho. It was really close to most if nashville so that was convenient

Great large house in Nashville, short walk to Vanderbilt and close to tons of restaurants. Worked perfectly for 3 couples and 4 toddlers to have a fun weekend.

Great Place. Owner was Awesome!!!! A little confusing knowing what door to go in. Also, downstairs bedroom window would not lock and let a large draft and cold air in. There are people that live upstairs, and floors are thin.

My friends and I all loved the place! It is in a great location and walkable to many places or an easy uber ride away. It was nice and big, and the 2 full and 2 half baths were perfect for our group of 7. The pool table was a great added value.

Fantastic!!
This is truly an awesome house for anyone looking for multiple bedrooms and a large comfortable space. We ended up cutting our night out in Nashville short to go back to the house for drinks, a game of pool and a cigar on the deck.

Chad was great to work with and very helpful with offering recommendations on what to see and do. He offers a map of Nasville which was super helpful! The house was very clean and roomy. We had eight people staying in the house and there was more than enough room for us all. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. Chad let us go in a couple of hours early and even found a place to put our luggage after checkout because our flights left later in the day. He was very easy to work with and accommodating.

Spacious rental in a fantastic location. Just far enough away from hustle and bustle, but close enough to everything. Only negative is that you can hear people walking around at night in the rental above, which isn't that bad. Overall, it will be hard for you to find a better place. Highly recommend.

This is our second time renting from Chad. Very attentive manager, so helpful. The house is so charming and functional....beautiful job renovating it. UBER to Broadway is less than $10 for 4 people. So much room, inside and out. I can’t recommend Cloud 9 and The Perch enough!

Great house with historic charm!
The house was a great place to stay for our daughter's recent graduation from Vanderbilt. Lots of space for everyone yet it also provided privacy. The location was good too. It's walking distance to Vandy (less than a mile). Chad was a great host.

Big Time in Midtown Nashville
Our son got married last weekend and we stayed at the Cloud 9 home for 3 nights. The house was perfect and slept everyone. It was very clean and decorated with a Nashville theme. Chad was great to work with. Very helpful and accommodating. The neighborhood is great. We also used another VRBO 5 houses up Orleans St. Worked out great because of all the people that were coming in from out of town.

BEAUTIFUL home! We could not have been more pleased! Everything was available to us! Absolutely perfect. There were 7 of us. we were MORE than comfortable. Chad was great to work with. He answered questions quickly. He has made a list of places to go, how to get around, and places to eat. That was very helpful. You do need a Lyft or uber to get to most places. The only downfall is the rental above. The kitchen is above the main bedroom and you can hear them walking around. Otherwise this place has everything you need for your stay. Ps. The beds are amazingly comfortable.

Excellent option for a big group!
We recently met friends in Nashville and rented this property. Very clean and nice. We had 9 people and plenty of room. 4 couples and one single so this was perfect. All the rooms are nice. Communication with Chad was quickly addressed. We had room for 4 cars as we parked a couple back to back. There is easily room for 3. There is another rental property on the 3rd level, so there are a couple of parking spaces for that property, too. It is completely separate with a separate entrance. So, the only reason I would not recommend this is if you are planning to have a wild and loud party, as you may need to consider if there are other renters. But if you need more room - then rent both! You may also want to know that 2 of the bedrooms, the media room with the twin bed, one of the full baths and one of the 1/2 baths are all on a lower level. But all the mutual living area, the 2 other bedrooms, and the full and 1/2 bath are on the main level. The 9 of us agreed - this was a great place!!
