The main house has four bedrooms and three baths on two levels and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. It has an additional, but separate, private suite that accommodates and additional four guests and consists of two bedrooms, a full bath with double vanities, it's own fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, and washer and dryer, all conveniently located on ground level with no stairs to navigate.
We are located within minutes of Historic Downtown Franklin, Cool Springs, and the great city of Nashville.
You will immediately feel your cares melt away as you open the door into your very own private oasis.

MAIN HOUSE

GOURMET KITCHEN:
Your Gourmet Kitchen is filled to the brim with everything you will need to prepare a large feast, or an intimate dinner for two.
It consists of upgraded appliances, large pantry, plenty of cabinet space, and an extra large center island that seats up to four.

DINING AREA:
Enjoy family style meals in the bright and sunny dining area.
The large farmhouse table will seat eight comfortably.
You can open the double French doors which are adjacent to two back decks for endless entertaining possibilities.

TWO SITTING AREAS:
Get warm and cozy with a blanket and popcorn as you watch a good movie on one of the large sreen, smart televisions.

MASTER SUITE:
Embrace peace and tranquility in your extra large mini suite which consists of a King size bed, a separate sitting area, reading nook, and a counter height bar that doubles as a work station.
End your day watching a movie on your 75" Samsung Q-led smart TV, or relax in the Master Bath with a hot soak in the jet tub.
Whatever you decide, this Master Suite is fit for royalty!

ADDITIONAL BEDROOMS:
Serenity awaits you as you unwind in one of the three additional bedrooms.

Comfortable seating and a 55" 4k smart TV with built in Roku for live streaming are waiting to help you relax and unwind.

KITCHEN and DINING AREA:
The separate private suite has its own fully stocked kitchen and dining area with seating for up to four guests.

LAUNDRY:
A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall, along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.



OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS CONSIST OF:

FRONT PORCH:
Enjoy a drink and the breeze on the front covered porch, or watch the fireflies in the evening as you reminisce of old times with family or friends.

BACK DECK:
Grill some good old fashioned Tennessee barbecue on your large back deck. The table seats six, plus there is additional seating as well.

SIDE DECK:
Enjoy listening to the birds and the early morning breeze as you sip your coffee out on the side deck.

TREE GROVE:
If you want some alone time, curl up with a good book in a rocking chair under the shade trees on the lower level patio.

OPEN FIELD AREA:
Enjoy a game of seasonal disc golf in your park like open field area.
This is a great safe place for the kids to play, with plenty of room to run around.
