The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility itself is fantastic - historical building with an updated, chic boutique vibe. Located in just the right spot, next to Printer's Alley and near Broadway. Rooftop bar/patio and secret bar/lounge in basement. The only thing - I learned on my last stay is that sometimes the room depicted on the photo of your booking site doesn't necessarily match the room you get, as there can be several variations within the same room category. But overall, great place to stay and recommend it highly.

Barteneder freaked out because she was not open yet - actually through a glass when asked to pour a drink early. I would choose another hotel - Noelle was nice but getting tired...

Beautiful property and impeccable service. Easy, safe walk to and from Broadway and Nissan Stadium. The only disappointment was that the standard rooms are very small...with suitcases in the room you're left with almost no additional space to walk so we upgraded our room after we checked in. The upgraded room was perfect! (The standard room was the most cramped room I've ever checked in to. It had about a foot of hanging space for clothes and had a mini fridge under the rack so you could really only use the hanging rack for toddler sized clothes.) 🙃 😃 Great experience overall and would absolutely stay again.
