Welcome to Serenity Vista Lakeview House! This lovely, large home will accommodate family vacations full of memories! Stunning views of the lake & vineyards! This spacious home has a hot tub and two large decks to enjoy summer living at it's best! Tour Naramata Bench Wineries, or just relax & enjoy the Okanagan lifestyle!

The Neighborhood:
Naramata Village has a tranquil ambiance with quaint streets, a general store under huge elm trees, artisans shops, restaurants, a Farmer's Market, and the famous Naramata Bench Wineries! The Village is just a short drive away from Penticton - a small resort city with a population of 33,000 and known for it's hot summer weather. Naramata is on Okanagan Lake. The area is located 4.5 hours east of Vancouver and 1.5 hour south of Kelowna. Naramata is widely known for wineries and beautiful beaches. Penticton also has many beaches, channel floating, and golf courses. This is an ideal location to explore everything the area has to offer! Whether your ideal vacation in paradise involves beaches, boating, wine tasting, golfing, farmer's markets, family adventure, pickle-ball, biking, hiking, or sailing...We have it all in the Sunny Okanagan & we can't wait to share it with you!

Getting Around:
A car is necessary . You will likely want to be able to explore all the wonderful nearby attractions! There is a great book of information in the Beach House for local wine tours, limousines, bike & boat, and car rentals. Most amenities are very close by & we are happy to share our a list of our favourites!

Lakeview House
Accommodations were great. Beautiful scenery, clean and lots of room. I did send a couple of messages to get a couple clarifications, however did not get a response. For example the garbage was left in the garage and it smelt really bad. The garbage was full and we had not place to put our garbage. We could not park in the garage. All and all it was fantastic and would stay there again.

Biking wine tour
Five of us rented the house for a getaway weekend. The house was excellent and fit our needs perfectly. The views and proximity to KVR was great. We had bikes and did a biking wine tour, but got lucky and didnt have to bike up the hill at the end of the day. The VRBO manager made the check-in/out easy. We highly recommend the house.
