I reserved 2 room with occupancy of 3 & 4 but the In room supplies still only for 2 people. The body wash ran out in the middle of my shower. The hotel location is great and the room is very comfortable. The Valet parking is very convenient but cost $34 a day. Overall it is good.

Beautiful lobby and bar. Sadly the rooftop bar was closed for renovations so we couldn’t enjoy it (and the construction was noisy). Room was well appointed but very small

The property is clean and new. However, the rooms are tiny. I mean, European tiny, for the price we paid. Additionally, the rooftop bar and restaurant is horrible. We got food that was stale and inedible after what seemed like a 20 minute wait for anyone to even acknowledge our existence. Definitely don't eat there. There were a couple of nice staff members. But overall, I didn't find them kind or helpful in more ways than one.

everything was very good, my only complaint, if so, was that the shower drain were clogged in both rooms I stayed. Eventually water flow away, but it is not a good feeling or even sanitary. Also, both beds were kind of canted at least in my side, like an inclination down to the outside of the bed. In both rooms also. I don't know if there was a cover or something on the bed that causes that unevenness.

The archer hotel is located in the heart of Napa the city which has undergone considerable development in the last 10 years since I was there. Last property is extremely well managed, and the people who work there are very motivated. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wine country

We had a king room with a balcony. Great view, walkable to shopping, restaurants, wine tastings, right in downtown. Valet parking. Beautiful hotel and amenities. Roof top bar with fabulous views and sunsets. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again!

Great place to stay as it's in the heart of downtown. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shopping, and tasting rooms. The staff here is amazing. Kind, responsive, courteous and professional. Highly recommended! I'll defiantly stay here again.

We book two nights and walked to the Winston for dinner and then sat in the welcoming lobby after dinner. We walked to Carpe Diem and had a wonderful shared meal. The hospitality at the Archer was profound and such an amazing and refreshing dessert! Thank you for being a great home base as we went to wineries and also enjoyed the shops of downtown Napa.

The property is new, clean, fresh, pleasant. Rooms were spacious. Heating and ac in room was noisy. Drawers in dressers were difficult to open. Housekeeping staff was excellent with nice turn down service. $30 per day plus tips for parking’s only option was unexpected. Happy hour in foyer’s restaurant was delicious. Front desk staff was not terribly welcoming. Would have been nice to hear about the hotel’s amenities during check in.

With the exception one person, front desk staff were not the least bit friendly. One seemed put off when checking me in, not great when you don’t make guests feel welcome. Also, the bartender was very busy so no table service was being provided in the lounge. The few staff people who were around didn’t seem to feel the need to help him. The tables were full of empty glasses and staff just keep walking past the mess. Guests ended up cleaning the tables themselves. Not good.
