Great spot near downtown
This is a great little spot in downtown Nanaimo! Very close to walking trails taking you right downtown and beautiful views from the many windows. We enjoyed our stay, it is small but actually felt larger than the photos suggested. Possibly the best part? Air conditioning! This was a great relief as we were traveling in the warm summer months and no other places we stayed had AC.

Great place and location
Great private and cozy suite located a short walk from downtown along the water. I will definitely stay here again. And thanks for the Nanaimo bar...a wonderful surprise!

Very Nice with a View

Nanaimo Retreat
We stayed here on our way back from fishing on Vancouver Island. Place was as advertised and a great location. You can walk into town and it was just above the waterfront walking trail which was wonderful.

Fabulous accommodation, location and host.
A fantastic experience. The accommodation was spacious, quiet and in a great location with a view of the water. It was fully equipped with everything one could possibly need and hosts Lenna and Desi were so accommodating letting us use the driveway for easy access. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone.

Great location!
We arrived cycling from Departure Ferry station, and walked to historical district and downtown area in 10 min. Lenna and Desi were very kind and helpful. Beautiful place to stay!!

Perfect date night in Nanaimo
We checked in super late but the host was there ready getting lights on and door open for us. We enjoyed the deck set and the view in the p.m and a.m before we left. The bed was perfect and the little touches were very appreciated! Thank you!

Quick stay
Needed a place close to the ferry terminal as we had the 6:30am sailing and this was perfect. Sorry we couldn’t appreciate the views etc because of the smoke - next time. Very quaint place, loved the beach decor

Amazing little gem
Lovely little place very close to down town Nanaimo and the ferry. 2 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants handy and lots of shopping. Leena was an excellent host and the suite was very well set up. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Will stay there again!

Quaint Little place with views of the water
Beautifully set up as soon as you walk in. Two beautiful sitting areas outside, with privacy. Inside all set up very homey for its size. Lots of extras in the place like band-Aids, q-tips, rubbing alcohol, water in the fridge and of course Nanaimo bars 😊😊 Lenna and Desi greeted us even though we arrived late. Lots of room inside and looks like it was built just yesterday. Will definitely come back Thanks

Süße Ferienhütte
Wirklich süße, gemütliche, saubere Ferienhütte, in der wir gerne länger geblieben wären, um die Aussicht von der Terasse zu genießen, zu lesen, die Beine hochzulegen... Nanaimo selbst bietet leider kaum Beschäftigung für mehr als einen Tag. Relativ viele Obdachlose, wir wurden am Hafen angebettelt. Wenn man keine Probleme mit längeren Autofahrten hat, könnte ich mir dieses wirklich schöne Ferienhäuschen als Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Attaktionen von Vancouver Island gut vorstellen!
