When submitting a review you have to be objective and truthful. I have no hesitation in awarding this hotel 10/10 From the moment you walk into reception the hotel just oozes luxury. I enjoyed my stay so much that I extended my stay by 1 day and if I could I would have happily stayed longer. In my opinion if your travels take you to Nakhon Ratchasima, stay at this hotel .you will not be disappointed.

Truly excellent, allow me to say why I’ve awarded this grade. I arrived in my hire car from bangkok to be greeted by the hotel concierge. He directed me to a nearby multi storey car park. There another member of staff had been notified in advance and directed me to a reserved parking space. (Lovely) bags taken and escorted to check in . This was completed quickly and efficiently. This hotel is spotless and the staff cannot do anymore. Room and bathroom spotless. Internet strong and stable. Thee usb ports in the room to charge your electronics. Breakfast buffet substantial. Swimming pool and gym great. Adjacent shopping centre has everything you will need including a food court. They vast majority of us work 45/50 weeks of the year. If you find yourself in Nakhon Ratchasima book this hotel I cannot imagine any reasonable person finding any fault whatsoever with this hotel. At checkout I guarantee you will agree with my review. Congratulations to all staff who made my 7 day stay extremely enjoyable.

It has (almost) everything you need as a great option for a hotel. A large mall next door is a wonderful perk, great restaurants and shopping choices. Small laundry room is a nice touch. Staff especially cleaning crews were super nice. One thing that the hotel can improve: adding one or two English-speaking channels on tv. Surprisingly there’s none. The rerun news channels are not counted as entertainment.

We like the location of the property since it is at Terminal 21 which is a comprehensive shopping center in the city. However the internet service was poor and the problem was well-known to the staff who immediately sent up dedicated wifi router to our room once we complained. It would have been nice not to have to complain first before getting the service we deserved.

Nicely appointed room with a super comfy king size bed. Location very convenient to terminal 21 which is full of great restaurants and even a movie theater. They had an awesome flat screen TV but unfortunately they didn't have any English channels. Will definitely be back though.

Located adjacent to terminal 21korat. A lot of nice restaurants and an excellent food court located in the shopping complex. Services by hotel staffs were excellent. Fast checked in and out. A ver nice outdoor swimming pool. I will stay there again.

Very good Korat hotel.
Very good, well positioned Korat hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. My second hotel in Korat, and I guess I should have chosen this hotel to stay at for both of my nights here. I looked at this one, and chose another, but my girlfriend thought this one may be good, and she was correct. If you are willing to spend a little more on your room and stay in Korat, then I don't think you can beat Centre Point really. The breakfast was pretty good too. Highly recommend it !

Spontaneous booking , good parking , fast check in , helpful and friendly staff, very clean and comfy rooms, good view from the windows and the roof with the pool, good fitness room , breakfast was also very good, we really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to come again.
