A Dream Come True
We all absolutely loved Bin Gemma. A perfect place to stay in Gozo. My husband and I had a little bit of trouble with the stairs, with the kitchen being upstairs and potential renters should be aware of the stairs if they have leg/knee problems. Definitely needed a hire car from this destination to see Gozo but lots of walkways to enjoy and the view was magic both at night time and day time. We stayed in the middle of winter and had a wonderful time. The rest of the year would be even more marvellous. So sad to leave, definitely would recommend to any groups who want accommodation on Gozo. Plenty of room etc. An adventurous home to stay in. Our family would definitely recommend Bin Gemma to anyone wanting to enjoy a beautiful holiday on beautiful Gozo.

Fabulous villa for numerous people to relax - loved the pool. Felt it could benefit from aircon in bedrooms . Loved the property manager very attentive - had a small problem and attended to immediately👍🌴😃

Lovely Farmhouse stay on Gozo
A great place for 2 families to stay. Plenty of space, very well equipped.Great views from roof terrace We hired a car allowing us to explore the island. So many beautiful areas to swim, amazing places to eat and things to do. We hired a boat from Xlendi to visit the Blue lagoon and enjoy other areas accessible only by boat. Highly recommended this farmhouse it was perfect .

Great old farmhouse
We had a fun stay with 2 other couples. Pool was well used when we were not exploring the many fabulous coastal waters. Kitchen is very well equiped and laundry was very handy. Outdoor and indoor dining options were also good. We were sorry the week there ended so quickly.

So charming
We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Bin Gemma! Great location, charming and relaxing. I miss my morning coffee on the roof top terrace, with the view of the ocean. And the scent of orange blossoms will forever bring me back to beautiful Gozo.

Brilliant house
We had an amazing week. We were a party of 6 and the house was big enough for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen is well-equipped, dining room has stunning views of the sea, and the bedrooms are all large. We didn’t hire a car. We walked to Johnny’s supermarket which took 10 mins. We used a combination of buses and Bolt to get around, all very easy. The pool was a bit chilly at the end of October, Ramla Bay beach is close by and well worth the effort. Cettina and Saviour are both lovely and helpful, and very happy to chat. I highly recommend this villa.

Lovely farmhouse
We stayed in farmhouse Bin Gemma for two weeks and had a great time, the farmhouse is just as you see it on the website if not better. Very spacious, nice sized pool,which we spent many a happy hour cooling down, only criticism is it could do with some air conditioning as is very hot inside at night when trying to get to sleep. Rooftop top terrace is great and had a lovely view. There is a bus stop at end of road that takes you to Victoria or beach. We walked to beach only half an hours walk, lovely beach. The town of Nadur is about 20 minutes walk, with a few restaurants and shops. The farmhouse was very clean and the housekeeper Cittena and her husband were lovely and friendly on hand if you needed them. I would definitely recommend this farmhouse.

Loved the house .quiet location easy to walk to small town and bus stops. Liked being in less busy area. Only issue was shopping without car but managed well small shop well stocked at end road Cleaner pool person and owner all very helpful . House lovely pool big enough to cool off in perfect for us .

Farmhouse Bin Gemma
We rented Farmhouse Bin Gemma for a family holiday, 2 adults and 2 children. The property was most certainly big enough for a family. Was clean and tidy with plenty of towels available. The pool was a definite must and was used everyday for many hours. The property is surrounded by a wall and a lockable door, which made you feel safe. The property was about a 20 min walk into the village of Nadur, where there are several restaurants to choose from. There is a local supermarket about a 10min walk from the property, which sells everything you could need. Rambla Bay is about a 30min walk from the property. Lovely sandy beach, although slightly rocky when entering the sea. The water was like entering a bath, was glorious. There is bus stop just at the top of the road, which you can get buses to Victoria, Nadur and L’mgarr. The buses are frequent. We would definitely recommend staying at Farmhouse Bin Gemma, and would love to return in the future.

Photos don’t do this stunning home justice!
From the moment we walked in the beautiful front gate, we were blown away by the beauty of this home. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. From the generous assortment of games and stuffed animals to the well-stocked kitchen, this is truly a family’s oasis in Gozo. We dined al fresco beside the pool every evening, the children switched on the pool lights and had night swims after a quick drive into Victoria for gelato. There was little need or desire to leave the comfort of the home, but on days we did, everything was easily accessible. Susanne was a pleasure to work with, and Cettina the housekeeper was attentive and genuinely lovely. We will absolutely return to Bin Gemma. Perhaps only negative is that air conditioning would make this a truly 10/10 stay as some nights we, especially the children, struggled to fall asleep in the heat.

Fabulous Characterful Gozo House
We have spent a fabulous week at Bin Gemma and loved the grace and character of the house. Three bedrooms are downstairs, one upstairs, all connected via one external stone staircase, with two rooms accessing the living area upstairs via an internal stone staircase. All bedrooms are spacious and the courtyard area too. The pool is perfect for cooling off in the heat and can be lit up at night. We loved this whole space, including sitting under the stars on the roof terrace. The caretaker was very helpful and friendly. We explored Gozo at our leisure and found lots to see and do. The people were lovely and we’re aiming to go back.

Amazing family holiday
We loved this house! We are a family with two adult children. The kitchen and living areas are an ideal size for spending time together, while the distinct bedroom areas also gave privacy. We could see Sicily from the house at night which was fun. The walks to San Blas, Ramla Beach, and the caves were beautiful. The view over the valley from the house was also wonderful. The weather over Christmas was beautiful and on all but one day, we wore T-shirts. Hearing about the Gozo flies made us wonder why more people don't come in the winter! We highly recommend this house. It is well equipped, and everything worked.

Ambience and Location!
We loved our stay at Farmhouse Bin Gemma. The farmhouse has so much charm and is well provided with towels and especially blankets if the weather is colder. The location is only about 15 minutes away from the ferry, which makes it convenient for exploring Malta without having to stay in Malta's busyness. There are beautiful walks that are easily accessible from the house. If you like a location out of the tourist hustle and bustle, then this is a wonderful choice.

Amazing house
We loved the house! The area is not the nicest, but the house was really worth it. It has anything you may need (including a barbeque). We loved the rooftop terrace and the pool. The caretaker is really nice, she stopped by twice to ask if we need anything. We totally recommend it!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Ein wunderschönes Haus im lokalen Stil, schöner Pool und Grill, viel Platz für 9 Erwachsene, viele Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, einige Zimmer mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet, sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Alles bestens bis auf zwei Details: in der ersten Septemberwoche waren abends sehr viele Mücken unterwegs und es sollten präventiv mehr Insektenfallen gegen mediterran-typische Insekten aufgestellt werden. Die lokale Betreuerin hat dies dann nach unserem Hinweis direkt getan.

Beautiful Holiday Home
The place is absolutely lovely. The house is huge and the rooms as well as the bathrooms are beautiful, tidy and well-equipped. The pool is really nice and there is plenty of space to sit outside and lay in the sun. Even though the near beaches were not super nice (just our opinion), we enjoyed our time in the farmhouse a lot. Thank you!

Super schönes Haus
Wir hatten eine unglaublich tolle Zeit in dem Haus. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern im Vorfeld war total nett und hilfreich! Auch die Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren super. Das alte Farmhaus hat unglaublich Charm und eine tolle, ruhige Lage. Für (uns) 8 Personen war sehr viel Platz vorhanden. Wir lieben diese Art von Häusern und würden es jeder Zeit wieder buchen!! Hoffentlich bald! :)

Great vacation
We were staying in Bin Gemma for a week (17-24.08.19). We are a group of friends from Poland. We were looking for a house in a friendly and beautiful area. I think we couldn’t had chosen better. The house was very adorable and fantastic. Each family had its own room with a bathroom. House was well equipped-we had everything we needed . We loved small pool, big table near for shared meals and a great view of the sea from the roof. The way to the beach lasts about 20-30 minutes. It was a bit tiring but worth the effort. We prefered Sun Blass. The caretaker was very polite and nice. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us in the fridge 😀. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

Super großzügiges Haus für 8 Personen,
Wirkliches schönes Haus mit genügend Platz für 8 Personen. Etwas abseits gelegen dadurch aber sehr ruhig. Der Pool wurde Tag und Nacht genutzt, da wir es sehr heiß hatten bei hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit! Von der Dachterasse ist das Meer sowie der Sternenhimmel gut zu sehen! Danke dass wir zu Gast sein durften 😊

Fantastische Woche
Wir haben mit 4 Personen für eine Woche das Haus " Bin Gemma" gebucht. Ich hatte gelesen, wenn man ankommt, beginnen sofort die Ferien. Ich muss sagen, es war so. Ankommen und Abschalten! Die Woche war sehr heiss, somit kam der Pool für eine Abkühlung gerade recht . Der nächste Ort, Nadur, ist ein verträumter kleiner Ort, mit ein paar Bars und guten bis sehr feinen Restaurants. Was ich unbedingt empfehlen würde wäre ein Auto zu mieten um die Insel zu erkunden. Für uns war die Woche erholsam, deswegen kommen wir sicher gerne wieder, aber dann für etwas länger.

Tolles, sehr gut ausgestattetes Farmhaus in guter Strandlage
Das Farmhaus ist sehr gemütlich und hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind individuell eingerichtet, sehr angenehm sind die neu hergerichteten en-Suite Bäder. Der Pool ist ideal für Kinder und verspricht die nötige Erfrischung an den heißen Sommertagen. Ein Traumblick auf das Meer bis nach Sizilien eröffnet sich, besonders am Abend, auf der Dachterasse. Bemerkenswert ist auch das umfassende Equipment im Haus: Es gibt viele Spiele für Kinder, Bücher für Erwachsene, einen sehr großen Handtuchvorrat etc. Die Lage des Farmhauses ist ideal für Ruhe und Entspannung abseits des typischen Tourismus. Die Infrastruktur ist gut, so ist ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker fußläufig erreichbar, auch die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist vorhanden. Dennoch empfiehlt sich generell für Gozo/Malta ein Mietwagen, man gewöhnt sich auch recht bald an den Linksverkehr. Das Farmhaus liegt darüber hinaus zwischen den beiden schönsten Stränden Gozos, der Ramla Bay und der Sanblas Bay. Letztere ist besonders urig und individuell, man kann dort auch gut zu Fuß hin, ca. 25 Min. Das Ferienhaus Bingemma ist sehr zu empfehlen!
