The Sweet Magnolia has been recently updated with guests in mind from the 3 spacious bedrooms to the well-appointed kitchen. A short walk takes you to Main St where dining and shopping abound. We traveled in with another family and our two teen boys for SFA Orientation. This home was adorable and spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, and super close to SFA, restaurants, etc. They even left their own branded bottle of wine for us as a welcome gift. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Sweet Magnolia is a terrific place! The listing is 100% spot on, and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. It is on a nice quiet side street, yet convenient to everywhere. Clean, comfortable, and completely enjoyable. We were able to relax, and enjoy our time with family. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Nacogdoches.

My sister and I took our mother on a spring break trip to Nacogdoches, and we couldn't have picked a better rental. The cottage was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Each of us had her lovely, comfortable bedroom, plus we enjoyed the cozy living room (with streaming TV) and full-size kitchen (with a great selection of coffees). Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are delighted with our stay and highly recommend this property.

This little house was well situated just off of a main thoroughfare in town while maintaining a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The house was spacious yet cozy with good amenities and everything you need to enjoy your stay. Look forward to coming back for another stay at this adorable little property.

Perfect place for all of us to gather for SFA graduation. Way better than a hotel! The house is in a great location, clean and charming. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Great communication with Jennifer before, during and after. Wish we’d found this place for the last SFA graduation! Would highly recommend!
