What a gorgeous property. I had a balcony room with view of the ocean. The garden in front is stunning. Good selection was superb. We did the private Onsen. Wonderful. The sauna stones are great. Kids had fun with ping pong, ball pit and rock wall. We rented bikes from the lobby.

Charged me twice
The hotel charged me twice and they did not refund me. Nice hotel and good experience but they need to be better with s along with foreigners . No number to call and completely ignored me .

Good buffet spread
This resort has a good buffet spread. The rooms are spacious with really good view of the ocean. However the condition of the rooms are a little worn.

久々越乃湯に来ました。 予定より早く到着したが、チェックイン手続きもしていただき、早めに部屋の準備もしてくれ大変助かりました。各スタッフの対応が大変良かったので、また利用したいです。

足湯、岩盤浴、カラオケ、卓球など家族で楽しめるサービスがいくつもあり、食事もどれも丁寧に作られていてとても美味しかった。 とても楽しく、食事面で大満足でした。

宿泊して良かった
コロナ対策で入浴制限があり、ゆっくり出来ないのが残念でした。 食事はとても美味しく人気のネタ切れにも成らずにされていて大変満足出来る食事でした。 部屋は予約した部屋からアップグレードしましたが綺麗に清掃され布団もふわふわで快適な睡眠が出来ました。 また機会があれば宿泊してみたいと思います

設備も新しく清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。 食事もバイキングなので衛生面を気にしていましたが、感染対策も徹底されており、安心して食事ができました。 部屋の暖房コントロールが加減が分からずに暑すぎて夜中に目が覚めてしまいました。快適温度設定の目安が分かると嬉しいかなと思いました。

Beau ryokan avec demi pension de qualité
Ryokan de tres bonne qualité en demi pension avec un petit dejeuner et un repas du soir copieux. Il aurait ete agréable de nous indiquer la navette en bus car la route pour aller a l'hôtel (le tunnel) est un peu dangereuse

入住前電郵查詢PICK UP SERVICES一直沒有回覆, 到了車站打算乘計程車, 酒店車在上的士前出現. 原來一直有收到我們MESSAGE只是沒有回覆.相信是不懂用英文回覆. 酒店房間看得出經過日子洗禮,但價錢相宜,所以是可以接受.浸溫泉的地方亦布驚喜.整體可接受
