The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was outstanding. Chris at the front desk was so helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, it was a great stay!

I traveled from Arizona to Michigan staying 4 nights in Mustang which was my best stay while traveling. The room spacious and comfortable the bed so comfy. Very clean and staff friendly. Lovely stay

Really nice place to stay. Pillows were great, room cleaned daily and very nice. Bed was too hard though. Felt like sleeping on a concrete floor.

Highly recommend this hotel Extremely friendly staff and clean room Good breakfast and of course the warm complementary cookie was nice and unexpected when we went down for coffee/hot chocolate to watch the snow fall….which was also unexpected for our trip ♥️❄️

We arrived at 10pm, after going through New Mexico and TX panhandle in ice & snow conditions. Very tired. Check in was fine, but our room had a sink that was stopped up. Had to pack our things back up and move to another room.

It was okay. Small pool. Okay food. Not very comfortable beds. Very clean. Not enough handicap spots and diamond members have closer parking. Pet fee a little high and ended up overcharging.

Great place to stay if you have to come to OK, it was very clean and quite. Bed was very comfortable and all very near. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good! Great hotel!.

We had stayed here last Oct.2022, Hotel is very clean, friendly, great breakfast. The only issue I had this year was that I booked room with a King Bed on Sept. 7, 2023 through Hotels.com and reserved it with a credit card to pay at the hotel. There was Mustang Days going on in the city so the hotel was fairly full and for some reason they changed our room to two queen beds without contacting us. We did not know this until we checked in and were told that they could not give us a room with a King Bed. Is this the normal policy for the Hampton Inn at Mustang?

Enjoyed everything about my stay except the vanity sink had a gross residue/film on it. The sink was very slow to drain. Looked like housekeeping left before sink drained and maybe that’s where the residue/film came from. Yuk! Everything else….5 stars!
