Check in was quick and easy. Parking was an issue as construction is ongoing. The hotel parking lot was more than full with vehicles parked in any available spot. We parked in the casino parking lot and walked. Construction noise started promptly at 7 AM. So, if you are facing the construction site don't plan to sleep in.

Staff was very friendly when checking on. I had no issues or problems whatsoever. I woke up the next morning ready to take a shower but the shower didn't work. Went downstairs and reported it to the front desk. I received no apologies or some type of refund for my inconvenience. All that was said was "Are you going back to your room". When you cant take a shower that's a problem.

Overall, everything was great. It was convenient to the casino. Everything was clean. Only complaints would be they don’t use fitted sheets on their beds and you end up getting wrapped up in the sheets. The other thing is some of the games in the arcade for the kids are not maintained and not working properly. It is nice they have the arcade and bowling center on property.

Friendly staff, nestled in the mounts with great views, parking lot shuttles, sparkling clean room, large modern bathroom, all types of gaming including sports book. Downside: still a "blue laws" state so they don't serve alcohol on Sunday, but nearby Walmart does. Lumpy mattress. Limited dining options onsite. Limited dining nearby.

My experience at this location was ruined by dirty bed linens. What I expected to be a good night rest turned into a itchy restless night. The sheet was not even placed on the bed correctly. For a Harrahs property I was extremely disappointed next time I’ll stay at the Hampton Inn up the road .

A place you would like to visit
Overall the experience was good on the food prices are high I think maybe a little too high for the only places to eat in the building you would think they'd have something a little lower and the food market. I also wish that they had a pool because if you're not gambling there really isn't much to do but like I said overall it was a good experience

We were very pleased with our stay. Ryan at the front desk was very helpful, especially in honoring our request for our preferred room location in the hotel. Benny, who brought our bags to the room, was quite friendly. The room was large, very clean and comfortable, and everything worked pretty well. When we detected a higher-than-normal temperature in the room refrigerator, maintenence came very promptly and made the proper adjustment.The view from the room was spectacular! The food court in the lobby had great options, and the food was delicious.We were very pleased that the facility was smoke-free. We will be recommending this hotel to our friends and family!

The hotel was nice, but the construction starting at 4 am there. The beeping noise made when the trucks back up woke me up around 4 am. Also the AC was noisy too.

Although there is construction of parking garage and inside casino everything as good as could be expected. Room was clean and ample in size. Food court and casino were clean. Only down fall was shower had mold on walls and water pressure could have been better. Had good time and would stay there again when in area.

Apparently a veterans mindset is too combative and argumentative for them to allow to stay here. Much better time in Cherokee. Don't waste your time with Murphy location. Refused to refund for the room that was never entered because they refused the stay since it was booked by 3rd party. Shady business.
