1,300 sq ft lake front house in the gated community of Callender Lake. 2 bedroom 1 bath with an outdoor shower, and private dock. Parking available for boat and vehicles. Couch makes into a 3rd bed, plus available air mattress. Vintage appliances, Atari and original Sega will add to your experience. Lake view bar in out building with its own deck. Lake view fire pit area. Paddle boat. Community boat ramp and fishing areas. Secluded community allows you to "get away from it all" and make memories

Quaint Cabin with a great view
We enjoyed our couple of days at the cabin as we shopped in nearby Canton at the flea market. The cabin is set up well for a quiet weekend. The owner is friendly and accommodating and provides everything you need. The cabin is in a gated community and we were given one gate FOB for two vehicles which made entry a minor challenge, but one that was easily navigated.

Perfect little getaway!
Our family had the best time at this lake house. The kids really enjoyed the lake and the paddle boat. We played games, made smores and made memories. My husband and I enjoyed the slower pace of life. It was neat to see some of the original items preserved throughout the house. We look forward to coming back!

Great family getaway
This lake house was perfect for our family of 3. The house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space. We especially loved the sunroom with the lakeview. My husband and son used the paddleboat to fish and caught 14 good sized catfish and 1 crappie in 3 days. They didn't catch anything off the dock as it was too shallow. The firepit was great. We brought our own camping chairs to use by the firepit. Glad we also brought our own fire starters because the logs provided are big and they were a little damp from the rain, but we eventually got a good fire going. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen has all the basics needed for cooking a meal. I thought we'd use the outdoor bar more, but we mostly just spent time by the firepit. The house is located in a neighborhood where the houses are very close together, but we barely saw anyone while we were there, and it still felt private and secluded. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute cabin on the lake
We had a great time at this little cabin on the lake. They provided everything we needed with comfortable beds, games, grill, campfire and a fabulous view! We will make sure to stay here again when visiting family at the lake. Thank you for all your thoughtful special touches.

Canton Vibes with My Tribe Girls Weekend
This was our second time to stay and we will definitely be back! Hosts and property are great! Proximity to Canton, Tyler, and other east Texas hidden treasures is excellent! A true quiet getaway for family and/or friends!! Love this spot! The owners are great! Couldn’t ask for a better escape!!

Great lakefront home
This was our second stay in the great lakefront home and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time. The owners thought of everything we might want or need. There are plenty of fun things to enjoy while staying there. We’ll be back!
