Piacevole soggiorno

Ci siamo fermati per tre notti presso il Residence Petrera durante il giro della Sardegna in moto, la struttura molto bella e nuova, l'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort. Bella anche la sua piscina dove potersi rilassare sia di giorno che di sera al rientro da escursione.

Great views from the balcony, good size apartment. Arriving late at night was awful, no signage or instructions to actual residence. Car parking is not where the residence is and no instructions given as to where to go. That was the only downside. Residence itself and Laura lovely. Very peaceful and quiet location. Would definitely recommend :)

Die Lage der Residenz ist leicht erhöht über Muravera. Der Blick auf das Meer ist hervorragend. Sehr nette Besitzer.

Tutto come descritto Appartamenti perfetti puliti appena ristrutturati terrazze con barbecau e splendida vista Suggestiva l’alba A pochi minuti dalle migliori spiagge limitrofe Unico ‘consiglio’che darei alla splendida Laura ( la proprietaria ), se fossero possibili le zanzariere ,almeno nelle camere da letto, che permetterebbero di eliminare l aria condizionata, che con un solo telecomando per due split separati nelle due camere da letto, non era molto gestibile. Per il resto tutto perfetto compreso la disponibilita’a tutti gli orari nel rispondere alle nostre esigenze, pur non vivendo nella residenza. Che dire .. laura for ever! Continua cosi’!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war toll, wir konnten dort grillen und Kochen und hatten einen sehr schönen Balkon. Einzig das Bett war meinem Freund etwas zu hart. Sonst rundum glücklich.

Appartement au goût du jour. Le grill a payé en plus si on l'utilise pour son nettoyage. La machine a laver en plus mais la offert pour l'utilisation pour un jour. Appartement très grand et jolie

Soggiorno a Muravera davvero eccellente.

Residenza Petrera, come dice il nome, è un residence di recente costruzione con appartamenti dotati di angolo cottura e terrazzo attrezzato esremamente confortevoli. L'ubicazione è strategica e consente di visitare tutte le spiagge della zona sud est della Sardegna, ovviamente con l'ausilio dell'auto. Muravera è un piccolo paese ben organizzato situato nell'entroterra a pochi km dal mare. Gli ombrelloni sono forniti gratuitamente dalla struttura, mentre i teli da mare hanno un costo di € 6 per l'intero soggiorno. Criticabile, forse, solo il fatto che la lavatrice, indispensabile, sia a pagamento (€ 30). Un plauso a Laura, eccellente padrona di casa.

acceuil très sympathique de laura , quelques mots ou phrase en français serait bien venu, bon établissement en général par contre les extra genre machine à laver utilisé 2 fois et facturé 30 euros , je trouve cela excessif.

Schönes Apartment mit toller Aussicht

Die Residenzia Petrera liegt am Ortsrand von Muravera am Hang und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmeen. In jedem Raum kann die Temperatur über die Klimaanlage separat geregt werden. Lediglich die Küchenauastattung (Besteck, Geschirr, etc.) könnte etwas üppiger sei. Ausserdem wäre ein Toaster toll. Die Kosten für die Nutzung der Waschmaschine sind mit 30 Euro für eine Woche zu hoch, wobei wir uns darauf geeinigt haben 2 Maschinen zu wadchen und 10 Euro zu zahlen. Die Handtücher sollten statt einmal pro Woche, zweimal wöchentlich erneuert werden. 15 Euro für das Geilltost zur Nutzung des Kamins auf der Terasse sind überdenkenswert. Die Gastgeberin, Laura, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke Laura :-). Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Insgesamt eine wirklich tolle Anlage, die ich gerne weiter empfehle.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir haben unser Gepäck verloren und Laura hat uns geholfen diese wiederzufinden. Sie hat viel mit dem Flughafen in Cagliari telefoniert, da wir kein italienisch sprechen konnten! Sehr hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft war gemütlich und sauber. Es hatte genügend Parkplätze, man musste nicht lange suchen.

Relax e mare

Struttura situata a pochi minuti di auto dalle spiagge più vicine, a venti minuti da Costa Rei e circa mezz’ora da Villasimius (necessario mezzo proprio per gli spostamenti) Utilissimi i consigli dello staff della struttura, sempre molto disponibile, per itinerari e locali da frequentare. Consigliatissimo.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Anlage

Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gab alles an Geschirr, was man so brauchte. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, jederzeit ansprechbar und nett. Was mir persönlich etwas zu schaffen gemacht hat, war die harte Matratze und das dicke Kissen, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Es war sehr ruhig und schön hoch über Muravera, ein hübsches kleines Städtchen. Aber ohne Auto ist es dort beschwerlich, der nächste Strand ist 4 km entfernt.
