I thought this might be a downgrade from the main hotel but this was not the case. Apartment was well designed with all the features one might expect. Breakfast was outstanding. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Only one suggestion. The power plug outlets could use some instructions as they are not the typical simple plug in types. You need to play around with it to fit the two prongs into the outlet.

Good place to stay
We booked this place because they advertise a hotel shuttle but they did not have one. The staff was really friendly and the buffet breakfast was amazing.

Great breakfast! Close to the Waterpark. The room was modern and fantastic. Wifi signal was weak. Slept three with a roll out bed very comfortably. Easy parking.

Good for an overnight
The Victory Gastehaus was a nice hotel to stay at overnight before flying out the next day. The only issue we had was that they are advertised as kitchenettes which they were, but you are not given any dinnerware, cups, utensils or pans to cook with. There's an extra fee to use them and then once you get them, there's no soap to clean them. When I asked about the soap, I was told I could go to the grocery store to buy some. All other kitchenettes I've ever stayed in provide all the plates, pans etc and either a dishwasher with soap packets or detergent to handwash.

Good if you take it as a nice hostel
Great location, clean, looks spacious feels tight, cheap interior (looks much better on the photos), breakfast okay (great scrambled eggs), friendly staff. In case you want to use to kitchen, make sure to bring anything you might need (pots, cups, plates, silverware...) - all you will find is a stove, a sink and a table.

Misleading and overrated
This review comes after my second stay to Victory Gastehaus, so I have to let other holiday goers be aware what they should really expect. On hotels.com, the rooms are advertised as having kitchen utensils in the rooms that is not the case, as you’ll only find 2 wine glasses, 2 more juice ones and that’s pretty much what you going to get. In my case had to ask the reception to get a basic corkscrew about which I was told that it should be in the room as standard. Let alone, it wasn’t the case as it was nowhere to be found, so after a bit of hassle, I was given a plastic basket with almost everything but the much needed corkscrew, so I have to ask again to finally get one. I was told that a charge of €5 will be put on the room, as kitchen utensils are seen as extras or special request. Say no more! This was my authentic, unadulterated experience in this respect. When it comes to bedding, the bed’s mattress was supportive and decent, but the pillows and the duvet were in my view of the poorest quality anyone could find, translated in awful head support, simply put awful. The breakfast never changed, being offered basically the same food every single morning. To finish it off properly, upon check out, I informed the reception staff that I will not pay the charge for them kitchen utensils as they are not a special request but standard and decent, so every respectable facility should offer it with no exception. It’s common sense and goes well on long term.

Nice Hotel for Vacation, NOT close to MUC
The hotels near MUC were all booked and so I was looking for a room closely for a flight the next day. as the kilometers go, it seemed not so far, but the property is NOT near the airport and very difficult to get back to the airport without an expensive TAXI ride. The hotel does have transport but it is not cheap. So if you are looking for an airport locale, this is not your best choice. All other things considered though, the rooms, the breakfast and the staff are all TOP. So if you are instead enjoying a holiday, this place gets 5 stars. The rooms are nice and comfy, the staff is extremely friendly and the spa is great. (I was on business and just needed an airport transfer, and so this was not the best place for that...) Super breakfast!

Perfect located
The room was spacious enough, comfortable and absolutely sparkling clean. I did not understand though the purpose of kitchen hob when no utensils have not been provided whatsoever. Apart from that nothing to add, as it is located right next to Therme Erding, so it’s more than handy.

Great location next to the worlds largest spa
This was a great discovery since we were only looking for a reasonable place to stay and drive into Munich. The Therme is fantastic and Munich is only a 40 minute train ride from a railway station that is a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Lovely and helpful customer service!
This hotel was our first stop after arriving from the states. We were looking for a quaint charming place which this was. The staff was incredibly charming, hospitable, helpful, and just overall lovely. Kirk was amazing. He helped us get into the other property as it’s connected to the water park. We have 2 children and they loved it. I would recommend this hotel for quick stays. Their breakfast was well set up and had a very nice selection. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the S2. (We have 2 children so the walk seems longer with them). It’s a short walk to the water park.

Great get away
My family and two other families decided to take a trip down to therme Erding water park for the weekend. At first I thought booking the on property guest house would decrease the value of my trip but it didn’t. Kirk the manager was an amazing front desk person and went above and beyond for my little family and our comfort. This place is literally steps from the water park, the beds are comfortable and if your like my family and always miss the free breakfast hours the kitchenette will come in handy. We were able to wake up at a time that accomaadates parents of two, cool breakfast and make it to the water park and spend the entire day. Staying here allowed us the opportunity to also go to sea life because if we woke up and our daughter saw the water it would have been hell to get her to leave. Kirk even accommodated the two other families that came with us with giving us all rooms right next to each other. Everything was amazing we definitely will be back to visit.

Quiet location - perhaps because was not holiday period. By the size of the car park, I can guess the Thermal Bath aqua park becomes very busy sometimes. Room was clean and functional and breakfast a reasonable price.

Victory Gastehaus is located on the same property as the amazing Therme Erding spa with its attached hotel, just a short walk across the parking lot. If you're headed to the adults-only Sauna side it might not actually be any farther away. Rooms are simple in a very high-style sort of way, and very much to my taste. Front desk check-in and check-out efficient with excellent English spoken (helpful to me since my German is not very good). Breakfast much better than typical "value-priced" hotels in Germany. I've stayed here before, will go back.
