Quiet comfortable except the bed was a bit hard for my liking. Overhead cabinet in room above the mini fridge has a sharp corner. My partner managed to bang her head on it 3 times. Bad design.

Pleasant stay in a nice room; however, both check-in and checkout were extremely slow. The front desk staff seemed so disorganized.

Convenient location, quiet. Reasonably easy to get to central. Rooms weren't clean, smelled like cigarette. Shower was clogged when we first arrived. Informed reception in the morning but it didn't get fixed. Issue persists and flooded the toilet after shower, we were then told there wasn't any technician as it was the weekend. Luckily a cleaner came to unclog it at the end! Lack of water fountain, unable to fill from sink.. breakfast staff refused to fill up our water bottles, but filled for others. Overall not a very pleasant experience here.

Good stay, convenient location
Suite room, nice and quiet; missing room service option (n/a). Good breakfast buffet but very crowded. Restaurant for dinning is basic food (not high level) although good quality.

Nice quirky modern decorated and spacious room. Clean. Conveniently close to supermarkets. Very conveniently close to bus lines and u bahn for easy access to central munich. Definitely a keeper when in munich again.

Brilliant hotel
Amazing hotel, brilliant breakfast, nice rooms, very clean, friendly staff, good atmosphere in bar/restaurant. Located outside the city centre but easily accessible.

The hotels itself was nice but beds are super uncomfortable. I think sleeping on the floor would’ve been more comfortable. Staff wasn’t very attentive and they don’t “clean” your room. They only come in and do the bed. They left all our coffee cups dirty. Never had new cups. Never had new toiletries and had to call for them to put some soap in the bathroom because we ran out and no one notice. Their robot for drinks didn’t seem to work for us and instead of finding a solution the guy at the lobby said “you can go to the hotel that’s in front and have a drink there”. Cero hospitality.

Parking was not available
Parking was not ready for us, we had to find the parking by yourself around the hotel late evening, although it has been in price we paid. The service / receptionist was not interested in this problem, she recommended to us to find it whereever it will be possible.

Great stylish modern hotel
Great hotel, clean and modern, stylish design. Underground secure paid parking with lift direct to reception. Good selection for breakfast. Room with coffee machine. Bathroom clean, bedding comfortable. Highly recommended. Shops nearby, station about 10 minutes walk away. Hotel takes a 50 euro credit card deposit on arrival. Robot room service, trendy lounge and bar.

The hotel converted its cinema to conference room, thus it’s no longer available. The location is pretty far from everything. There are sex-explicit pictures hanging right at the lobby area. Other than that, the room is clean and comfortable.

Love the quirky look and feel of the hotel. Very unique. Wasn't very happy with a double made of two single beds with single duvets and poor pillows.
