Room has enough space. It was nice and quiet place, and comfortable to stay. But limited dining around there. Also not a good location to walk or run outside as there is basically no walk/run road there. But overall it was good hotel to stay

The room and main area was clean. There was two hallways that had a bad smell, like ammonia smell/pet smell. It was even in the elevator. The staff was friendly. The food area was super clean. The room was clean and fresh smelling.

Parking Fees
Parking fees for this location is ridiculous. I get some hotels are tight for space but this one has plenty of space and should not be hitting the customer with these fees. Once you’re there they have you. I travel to the area on a monthly basis and will now be finding a new hotel.

I loved everything about my stay at The Hyatt House Morristown! The check in was fast and easy, the staff were amazing and the Hotel was spotless and smelled amazing (the aroma of a Spa). The room was very clean and had everything a person would need when staying at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Hotels.com could have helped and didn’t
I realize that this might be a possibly isolated event however, it was an absolutely terrible experience. I arrived with notice that I was checking in late and arrived about 15 minutes before midnight… There was absolutely nobody there. No one in the lobby, no one in the back office… After 30 minutes, I called the police because I started getting worried something was really wrong… Eventually at about 12:30 in the morning, another representative from a different Hyatt came. He was a shining light and incredibly nice, and I don’t want this review to reflect on him in anyway, he was the best! That being said, he didn’t have access to the computers and long story short, I didn’t even get into my room until after 1 AM! Needless to say, this was an absolute awful experience, and I can’t believe Hotels.com has not refunded my money, even though I called them. I was on hold with them for quite a while with no resolution or offer to help my predicament. They just kept saying they were calling the property even though I told them I was right there and could hear them calling the VACANT front desk…no offer to help or refund me to go somewhere else, pretty sad, just kept putting me on hold or sending me to “a specialist”

The commendable support you received from the representative of another Hyatt is indeed the standard of service we strive to uphold at all times.Regarding the lack of resolution with your refund, our Front Desk was unaware of any concern at check-out. We suggest reaching out to Hotels.com directly once more as we do not directly handle their bookings or refunds. We understand the inconvenience you experienced and truly hope that your future travels are seamless and enjoyable.

Pillows caused an allergic reaction, couldn't sleep because of this, had to drive 3.5 hours back to Virginia itching like crazy with no sleep.
